Great location, a short walk from the station. Room was not massive but certainly not cramped for a couple. We enjoyed our stay. We even got our washing done! Good value for money.

Not much. Some better directions to walk from the station to the hotel would be useful. After the first time, it’s really easy.

Great Japanese breakfast buffet. Nice onsen with heated stone therapy and cold room with no extra charge. Umeda station within a couple of blocks. Mall with shopping and many food choices right next door. Very quiet room. Luggage storage and laundry facilities. Beds are on firmer side.

Staff in reception area who stop you at the elevator requesting your passport when checking in with luggage in hand are a bit off putting. They don't invite you to even get close to the reception desk or have a seat in chairs first. Every time you use the elevator it stops on the 4th floor which is the reception desk floor and they look at you as if they are providing security for the hotel. Checking in and out for spa is also very cumbersome with many steps and people directing you so you can pass through security gate coming and going and sign in and out on machines. Not sure if they have outside guests using hotel and spa, but both processes could be improved.

Room I stayed was so spacious, and I liked the size of bed. Also the public bath was new and clean, I enjoyed it so much and wished I had more time! It is not right in front of Umeda station but you can easily walk from/to the station.

The hotel's location is excellent, in the Umeda area. It's a 5-minute walk to Hankyu Department Store. The hotel offers great service and facilities, and the staff are very welcoming. The room cleaning is done very punctually. It's a very pleasant stay experience.

Terrific location, very clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to shopping and Osaka station.

The breakfast was very Japanese, not even cutlery supplied.

Very nice modern hotel with morning buffet service. I liked the facilities, rooms reasonably sized and there is spa access included with hotel accommodations. I really enjoyed the morning buffet. I also like the layout of the room where there is a separate room for toilet and shower stall.

Main downside was getting to the hotel after getting off the train. There isn’t signage after getting off the train and I tried to follow the transportation information for the website but was still lost on the first day. There’s no vehicle access to the side road. The hotel elevator can get packed as well in the morning when people are coming down for breakfast.

I really want to gatekeep this hotel, but I will be a good person and let you all know how fabulous this hotel is. It was overall our favorite hotel, which was disappointing because it was the first hotel we stayed in on our trip. It is super close an entrance to Osaka station, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very elegant clean and relaxing. The importance of an onsen available in the hotel cannot be understated after walking very long distances all day. During my stay I needed medical attention and the front desk was very helpful connecting me to a doctor to receive medical care. It was also very convenient to check in and out and forward our luggage. And the shower nozzle is spectacular. I loved this hotel, I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Osaka.

The SPA is very good. I am not a SPA fan, but it was amazing. Clean, good amenities, good space. Bedroom is good, but hard pillows. Very Good restaurants nearby.

Pay attention that the hotel is close to Higashi Umeda SUBWAY STATION and Osaka-Umeda TRAIN STATION. Shinkansen with JR pass stops at SHIN OSAKA station. So the Location of the Hotel is good if you plan to stay a little longer in Osaka and use the subway as a means of transport. I had to carry a lot of luggage on the Shinkansen, as Takuhaibin (luggage transport service in Japan) could not guarantee that my luggage would arrive on the day I needed it.

Room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Outside the hotel seemed like it had a lively nightlife, but there was no street noise in our rooms. We didn't use their breakfast service, but from what we saw it was a buffet style and nice. Close to public transportation and close to the main Osaka station. It was tricky to navigate out of the main Osaka station, so give yourself some extra time if its your first time. We arrived early and the staff was able to hold onto our luggage until we checked in. They moved our luggage into the room by the time we came back to check in.

Not much to say here. I think it wasn't obvious, but each room has its own WiFi and to access the password you would need to turn on the TV and go to the WiFi tab to reveal that room's wifi password. Also, I wish I could have connected my phone with the TV to watch some Youtube.

Breakfast was good for somebody looking for traditional Japanese breakfast! Hot baths and showers were so soothing Staff was incredibly friendly and went over the top for us, we shipped our luggage to them from another hotel so it got there the next day and they brought it to our room. They also held onto our luggage after checkout time so we could run about until our flight (about 4 hours!)

Breakfast did not have many “safe” options for a picky eater. More options like plain grilled meat or even oatmeal would be nice in addition to what you serve Elevators incredibly busy and slow and we could not find the stairs to get around faster. Hot stone sauna- please offer larger suits! I really wanted to try it out but couldn’t even get into the men’s outfit so I wasn’t able to experience that part of the hotel.
