Very clean. Felt very satisfying to get in and get the code right! The facilities in the hotel are very good, the kitchen is equipped well. The washing machine also works well. Nice clean bathroom, and a separate toilet. Comfortable bed, and clean sheets. Room was pretty spacious too, and the table had two chairs! The bathroom mirror was good, there was a nice amount of space. Hotel is near a few convenience stores and restaurants so dinner was easy. Also close to multiple subway lines, maybe a 12min walk? I would happily stay here again, it was a good choice.

The check in can be a little confusing, make sure you put an asterisk before entering your number in the lobby check in room. But we were also tired and not thinking our best, it's nothing you can't manage. Nothing else, I would recommend staying here!

Great value, inexpensive. 2 separate rooms for the two separate beds. The staff responded to my messages in this Booking . Com app right away and were helpful. Check out was at 11:00 however I was able to do a late check out up until 13:00 max, for a fee of ¥1000 per hour. I checked out at 13:00 so that cost me an extra ¥2000. Was happy I could do a late check out…

Overall the hallway and apartment are a bit run down. Stains on the walls, carpets and ceilings. The checkin instructions said I had to go to a different property to check in, because this property has no reception desk or check in staff. That was inconvenient. I did not read that until I arrived at the building where my apartment was. However thankfully I messaged the property in this Booking . Com app and they responded right away and provided instructions how to check myself in to my apartment. So I did not have to leave and go to the other building. You guys need to update your checkin instructions. Do not make guests go through that run around process. It was stressful.

Huge room with plenty of space for the two of us. Great facilities. Free toiletry products. Very comfy (soft) beds! Hardly any street noise. There was even a bar for us to hang our towels on!!!(very rare in Japan). 7-Eleven right across the street. It was all we needed ~and more~ for a last minute place to stay!

Before booking, it wasn't clear that I had to go to a completely separate location across the city to check in. Maybe it was because I booked so last minute? And we had to unplug the fridge because it was so loud at night. Otherwise, no problems at all!

Loved the location, very close walk to Sapporo center. I loved the Airbnb feel since there's a kitchen, fridge, and washing machine. Really helped us feel at home during our stay. Extremely clean. I even saw staff cleaning/wiping THE WALLS in the hallway!

Like others said, check-in is troublesome because you need to take a quick train ride. It's at a different hotel and it was difficult especially with hauling luggage through Sapporo snow.

Location is great, 3 minutes walk to Nakajima Park, 1 minute away from nearest konbini, and around 10 minutes away from downtown of Susukino. Also the inclusion of package boxes are great, allows you to order stuff from Amazon etc.

There's no front desk, which means no luggage drops.

I stayed in the superior apartment which was spacious and included a kitchen with everything needed for cooking and a washing machine. The shower/bath was large as the toilet is in a separate room.

The check-in process is done via a tablet, and for English you need to press the upper right hand corner small Japanese flag, which isn't obvious.

We loved how we were able to do laundry as many times as possible and we even got to sit down and have a home-cooked meal because there was a mini-kitchen.

It was inconvenient to check-in at a completely different location that was three train stations away (plus about 8 mins of walking)

All the things in room are sufficient， although the washing machine stuck, the staff came fix it the next day. It’s rare to have a room in downtown which can open three suitcase in a room. Also, you can check in yourself at the 1st floor, which is very convenient.

There is a smell in the room, also in the air condition.

Good value for money: within 5 mins walking distance to Nakajimakoen subway station, clean, have all amenities you would need for a short stay, good heated shower and you can store your luggage at the partner hotel just 3 minutes away (Sho SAPPORO Hotel) if you arrived before check-in time.

Nice apartment, plenty of room and held temperature well. Location was pretty good too - nearest station was about 5 minutes walk.

Having to check in at a property that wasn't particularly near to the property isn't great. Was fine in our case as we had no suitcases but if we did it would have been hard given the weather.
