The location is fantastic being steps away from Ikebukuro station which links you to almost everywhere. The direct bus to Mt Fuji area and Fuji Q Highland also has a bus stop within walking distance. There are also a lot of halal food options in the surrounding area. No shortage of shopping choices either. Rooms are spacious for Japan although the bathroom is a bit on the smaller side. My family had the superior twins and single rooms and they were more than adequate. It has individual aircon/heating controls which I liked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication in English was also not a problem. Bags can be kept with them if it isn't check-in time yet. There is only one escalator which changes direction depending on the time of day. However this isn't an issue if you have luggage or mobility impairments as there is also an elevator from the ground floor to the second floor where the reception lobby is. The Family Mart at the ground floor is also convenient. Overall a better than expected stay.
Would prefer a Japanese wet bathroom than a bathtub which is difficult for the elderly to get in and out of.

The breakfast was nice and I like how close the hotel is to the station. The price for the hotel is also very reasonable. I also liked the amenities. It was nice to be able to store our luggage until our flight was ready.
I really really really don't like that there is no elevator to the first floor very anti handicapped. I also hated that there was only one escalator that only faced one direction during different times of the day because you'd have to walk up the stairs when it wasn't facing the direction you were going. The beds are very small.

Location was so important for me because I wanted somewhere convenient. It was super convenient and really easy to get to. I'll go back to this hotel just for the convenience. The staff were also super nice! They can speak English just fine. You can hold luggage after you check out which is awesome. During your stay they change out your slippers, PJs and towels every single night.
The rooms were REALLY REALLY tiny. We did a lot of shopping so packing 4 suitcases was kinda insane. And even during the stay there was just so little space. (But the location was so worth it and I'll stay here again even knowing this.) Getting a taxi was kinda annoying so just make sure you have uber or have a different back up plan.

Convenience location next to Ikeburoko JR There is a quadruple bedroom available so it is great for a family of four. F&B and 7-11 are abundant around the vicinity
The room need overhaul cleaning from time to time, I assume the daily house keeping is done at bare minimum as I drawn the curtain, thick specks of dust landed on my bed and visible dust can be seen on wall. The Family mart located at the ground level of the hotel is closed till Feb'25.

Literally 1min walk from Ikeburoko East exit (Parco), Family Mart interconnected to the hotel for a quick bite. Amenities available at the lobby which is super convenient. Impressive that the family room can fit 4 beds so each of us have our own bed which is great for a good rest
Given that the hotel is next to the train track, be ready to hear the sound of the train traffic as early as 5+am as the sound proof is not really good. There is only one escalator ... which goes downwards in the morning and upwards in the evening...else you need to use stairs for 1 level which is not a big deal unless you are with luagges

Very Convinent Location. Room, Towels and Sheets are very Clean. Easy C/in & C/out with Self-machine. Have a Family Mart right downstairs. The konbini food there is really Good. Ichiran-Ramen is also right beside the next street. Hotel is just less than 3 minute walk to Subway. Parco, Seiibu Department stores you name it all are just a stone throw away. Highly Recommended! Will return to stay again when I get back to Tokyo. A☆☆☆
Room is alittle small for Twin Beds. Cant open big luggage. But it dosnt matter. Next time i will go for the Premier Twin Room. Bathroom is alittle small. But thats ok too.

The location is great. Not far from Ikebukuro station. With lugguages you can use departmenstore'selevator. However if you arrive out of the department store opening hours you have carry your lugguages upstairs. If you use airport limousine bus you can easily drag your luggages down a tunnel to the hotel.
Lobby is a bit small but this might be because there is a renovation when I stayed there.

Great location, just near one of the largest train stations. Ikebukuro is like a hidden gem of Tokio. Hotel was clean, facilities as expected, staff polite. Price was also acceptable..
Although I am aware of apartment sizes in Tokyo, one storage space would be grate. Also, we generally sleep with earplugs so we don't mind, but some could find passing trains noisy.

Hotel was conveniently locaged 2 - 3 mins walk from Ikebukuro Station East entrance (North). There are many different restaurants in the area with several big malls surrounding it. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. The counter staff was polite and patiently helped me along to check-in using the manual check-in counter. They are able to communicate in simple English which was more than good enough. I will definitely return to this hotel again.
