The very impressive breakfast buffet with very high quality and wide variety of healthy choices free of charge to foreign guests, the Japanese tea ceremony by a lovely kimono-clad Japanese woman (also free of charge!) scheduled during our stay that was a nice unexpected treat, the overall cleanliness, attention to details, refined and efficient service. The location is in a residential area ideal to those who want to avoid the tourist crowds in Tokyo yet only 5 minutes away on foot from 2 subway stations (Aoyama Itchome and Nogizaka), just a few stops from tourist hotspots Shibuya and Shinjuku. Very highly recommended!

1. The price. I’ve been monitoring Tokyo hotels for months before I booked this place and it turns out to be a very good deal. 2. Our room wasn’t exactly spacious but I think is definitely better than most other Tokyo hotels. At least we’re still able to put our luggages on the floor. 3. Free breakfast! We didn’t include breakfast in pur booking but apparently they gave free breakfast buffet to foreigners to celebrate ‘cultural exhange’. 4. Everything else were also great, e.g. affordable laundry service.

Distance to nearest Metro station is 9-10 mins walking, which I think is quite far. If the stations are just around the corner it would be perfect. Still 10 marks from me tho.

Staff were really helpful both before and during our stay. The standard rooms were very cramped so we were glad we’d got a larger twin. The bathrooms are very small but the shower worked well. Location was central enough and close to trains to get around but quiet enough to sleep well. We didn’t expect the complimentary breakfasts and they were great - set us up for the day. There’s a 7-11 nearby for snacks and drinks.

Our first room was on the top floor and under the air conditioning unit which vibrated and would’ve been too noisy to sleep but the staff kindly moved us straight away to the second floor and that was very quiet. The heated toilet seat in our room couldn’t be switched off and got a bit hot but everything else was great.

Great value for money Free breakfast that tasted very nice Definitely recommend, two stops away from Shibuya, one train away from Haneda airport.

The rooms are small but for two male adults (both 6ft+ tall) it wasn’t the worst situation There are no plugs in the room only one and non near the bed. Bring a usb plug, all our devices were usbc and there were only usb socket at the bed

Room was very nice (small but this is typical for Japan). Staff were friendly and let me leave my luggage before check in and after check out. Nice view from the room. Free breakfast until 9:45AM.

The location isn't ideal in my opinion. You are 10 minutes walk from the closest subway station (10 minutes will take you to 2 different stations depending which direction you walk). This makes traveling by subway fairly inconvenient from this location especially when raining. Great hotel overall, next time I would just choose to stay someone within a few blocks of any subway station. It's not walking distance to any of the main sites and probably not where you would go to eat or drink.

- Staff at reception speaks English, they are also very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff also did a great job. Never saw dirt, dust or hair anywhere. - Location is very good. It's in a quite neighborhood, there is a 7-eleven nearby and it's 5-min walk away from the metro station. Most touristic places take about 10-20 min. with metro. - Room is small (typical in Japan) but has everything you need. - There is coin laundry. Both washing and drying work well. - You can get free water from the lobby. - Bed was comfortable as well.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel and rooms were very clean and while relatively small by western standards, the space is functional enough to make our stay comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast left us wanting a bit more but overall was still very good. The complimentary water bottles and various travel essential items from the lobby was an added plus and very much appreciated. The front desk people were helpful and was able to recommend a small hole in the wall sushi restaurant which did not disappoint. I would stay here again.

The only thing we didn't love was the location. While relatively close to the train station, you are definitely away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.

We knew, based on the pictures and description, that this hotel would be modest and no-frills, and we were fine with that. When we arrived, I was delighted to see that the hotel is in a quiet area, yet has easy walking access to a couple train stops. The rooms are minimal, but still really clean and comfortable with everything you need. For two people, the size of the room was great - not too big, not too small. The bathroom was a tad tight, but had the full bidet experience and a deep tub/showerhead combo. The staff all spoke English, and were very accommodating to our questions about how to navigate Tokyo. The buffet breakfast had both Japanese and Western options. It was the perfect way to start the day before walking all over town. Plus, there are free refrigerated bottles of water in the lobby

You will need to ride the train to get to almost any tourist destination in the city, except maybe Roppongi, from the hotel. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this is probably not the best place for you.

We had a great stay here. The staff were very attentive and provided us with free breakfast buffet passes each morning (for international guests). There was a great variety of amenities provided such as complementary water bottles, and toiletries. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of western and Japanese dishes. The room was quite small but we were still able to fit two large suitcases along the side of the bathroom wall. The location was accessible to the station and also a 10 ish minute walk to Akasaka main strip.

The room was really small but that was expected. I'm glad it was just me and my mom who didn't require much space overall. The breakfast tho!! OMG I regret that I didn't get the breakfast on the first day because it was FANTASTIC! The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood thus no noise issue whatsoever but there was a slight distance from the subway station. (about 10mins walk which isn't bad at all but if you are vising here for a short period, every minute counts!)

The bathroom odor.. I did read about this from the other reviews but yeah it was very distinctive and unpleasant. I think the sewers are just really old and outdated because they cleaned it very nicely and i don't think cleaning can't do much about that.
