Receptionist staff are friendly, they do understand english. Room service cleaning does an excellent job. Room space is specious. The bed mattress is comfy. There's 4 laundry machines, and the tv will show you the availability status. TV casting, great feature. Luggage delivery service is available, they guide you on how to fill the form. Wifi signal is strong. Accessibility took the limousine bus from narita airport, route to Toyosu, and then taxi to the hotel.

Location might be a bit far from the subway, roughly 15mins walk. Though there are buses right in front of the hotel. The pillows are a bit too soft.

I loved the location. Away from the crowd but everything is close by. The metro (Kachidoki) station is only 10 minutes walk. The big mall is across the street. Tsukiji market is easy walking distance. Lots of small/good restaurants near by. Awesome staff, amenities bar at the lobby. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Short walk from metro station with good connection, and close to Teamlabs. In great weather also super nice to walk to Ginza.

We thought the breakfast was quite overpriced for what you get.

New hotel, spaceous and elegant rooms

No Japanese breakfast available. Located at a crossing of major streets with a lot of traffic noise even in the nighttime - trucks delivery for Toyosu market.

Beautiful, clean, room with a really comfortable mattress. Spacious bathroom. Our Universal Double room was just nice for 2 adults 1 toddler, 2 large luggages. 7-11 just two minutes away. There’s a mall opposite the hotel with lots of food options and a supermarket.

The 10 min walk to train station was fine, but lack of shelter when it rained. Just bring an umbrella :) Train station a little far away from popular destinations (a few transfers needed), but for the price we paid ($1300SGD for 7 nights) we considered this place a steal! Gym is very basic, can be improved.

New hotel in a quiet part of Tokyo

Not much offered in the neighborhood, however, new Tsukiji is a 24 minute walk away and worth a visit.

We had an amazing stay at Tokyo Cabin President Hotel! Our room was comfortable, and we loved how it was cleaned daily with fresh pajamas, slippers, and towels provided. The facilities were fantastic, including laundry services and unlimited guest freebies like tea and skincare products. The location is super convenient—close to bus stops, train stations, grocery stores, and convenience stores. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. If we return to Tokyo, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to our friends!

Our connecting twin rooms 613 & 614 were perfect for a family of four. Hotel is new (opened April 2024) and everything is pristine. Rooms are a decent size. Spotlessly clean. Very comfy & decent sized beds. Great wet room with shower/bath & lovely touches like PJs & amenities bar which included bath soaks and face masks. Super quiet rooms. We enjoyed location away from hustle bustle but convenient to bus, metro, Fish markets, teamLabs and Ginza district. 7Eleven & Lawson nearby as well as supermarket/ restaurants in Triton Plaza across the road in office building. More shops & eateries in Grand Marina complex near metro station. Hotel is well located near green spaces and waterways. We had an easy journey on departure from hotel to Narita airport using public transport. Longish but easy. We thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable stay & would not hesitate to stay again.

We had an issue with aircon in our room. Staff were helpful in trying to sort out but it continued to be an issue during our stay. Only one room affected. Pity because the aircon was super quiet, which we enjoyed just too hot at times. Hopefully just teething issue & it can get resolved.
