Great boutique hotel close to many bars and cafes and subway stations to go to other places in Tokyo. The view from our room was fantastic and the view from the top floor bar was slightly better but basically the same. Bed was very comfortable & liked the separate shower room from the toilet room so we didn’t have to wait if one of us was showering. Cool lobby area with the beer happy hour every night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not sure why but the price was very reasonable and unfortunately it looks like they have gone way up from September so we are unfortunately looking elsewhere. I think we only paid about 21,000 yen a night and now it’s much higher.

It was all mostly perfect compared to our first hotel for a night in Roppongi to be near the Spain Embassy. The glasses for the beer were too tiny. Lol

What a stylish, modern place. Even when you enter, it’s smells like luxury spa. Every interior design detail is so thought through, both in the building and rooms themselves. Very Chicago industrial style. New, clean amenities. Comfortable bed, lotus with lots of dimming options, smart TV, and everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The neighborhood feels a bit like a peaceful side of Paris, definitely doesn’t feel like crazy Roppongi even though it’s not far. It’s very central and easy to get around. The bar on the 9th floor is gorgeous, with views to Tokyo tower and lots of amazing cocktails and chic ambience. At the breakfast, you can choose from 4 menu options plus drinks, and even though the portions aren’t huge, you feel satisfied, plus the food quality is on point. The lounge is super cool, with a great billiard table and comfortable sitting spots for work or chilling. All in all, truly 10/10. Feels like a European getaway in the center of Tokyo. Definitely a more special stylish stay than others we tried here. Worth every penny!

Nothing negative to say, it was truly an awesome stay.

For us we loved the location. It had a London Chelsea/Kensington feel about it but was so close to the metro and therefore very commutable. The room was a good size even if the bed was so big you needed carrier pigeon to communicate with my partner 😂

The only complaint would be breakfast. There are four options for guests but wouldn’t do anything as simple as just toast or toast and egg, which would have been more cost effective for them. Instead, had to order one of the four options and waste food, which was a bit disheartening. Interestingly, what I wanted was available if you were not a guest? Go figure, couldn’t get my head around that one!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this hotel! The location is great – you're right on the shopping street in Azabujuban and close to both Azabujuban and Roppongi stations. The room was really stylishly decorated and there were a lot of nice touches like bathrobes and bottled water (for no extra charge). I love that the room rate includes breakfast in the coffee shop in the building. You get to choose from a few options of "morning sets" that come with coffee or tea plus toast, eggs, pancakes, etc. I found it to be a very filling meal and the perfect way to start my day in Tokyo!

My only complaint was that I really wanted to get an early check-in because my flight arrived super early, but even though I asked ahead of time, they weren't able to prepare my room early.

A cool hotel without trying to be too cool - relaxed vibe and big rooms (and huge beds) with a nice airy breakfast room and great bar with a view over Tokyo. Friendly staff and free tea and coffee in the lounge with a pool table. The area is less touristy with loads of local restaurants and cafes.

Prices seem a little high during peak periods but is a good price off-peak. Staff very helpful but some could improve their English given it’s a hotel - particularly in breakfast room where some barely spoke any.

Great location, great service, loved the style, and there is even free beer during happy hour. Their own restaurant is really good and there is also one of the best Soba Noodle restaurants in town directly across the street.

Just a warning, for people like me (186cm tall), the standard rooms 20sqm) and their beds are a bit narrow and a bit short, so it is worth considering upgrading to the larger room category (25sqm) with apparently somewhat larger beds.

Great location close to various metro entrances as well as Roppongi Hills. Loved the area, there were a lot of great bars and restaurants. The room was modern and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was included as well as the happy hour. Big perk was having a 7/11 right outside the hotel. Also loved the pajamas!

The room was a bit small. We did the online check-in to "save time" and reception had no idea what this was and spent so much time trying to figure out what we were doing with the QR code that it definitely didn't save any time but made it more difficult.

Lovely location just outside of Rappongi. This means it’s the right kind of busy. Lovely shops around the hotel. Easy access to tube stations. Great lounge with access to free snacks and at certain times also free beer.

The rooms are on the small size. Perhaps not having chairs in the room would have been better. Only snag we had was that we couldn’t get the phone to work with the projector. Having said that, we hardly had time in the room. We would return only after a full day sightseeing. We were so tired that we fell asleep right away.

Size of the property, it felt boutique but had all we needed. The bar area was a great central spot to have a drink with friends and play pool together. Having the free beer of an afternoon was a nice way to finish off our busy day sightseeing!

We discovered it was difficult to secure restaurant bookings during peak season, so having some advice on local restaurants and being able to book would be very helpful. Staff were willing to book but just having a shortlist of properties that they personally recommend would be great.

The staff were extremely helpful from even before the stay - they were extremely prompt and responsive on booking.com (within an hour most of the time) and helped us out with great dinner recommendations and even surprised us with a little extra on the occassion of our honeymoon! Highly highly recommended - trendy roof top bar with views of the Tokyo Tower, great drinks, and amazing and central location :)
