Good value, very convenient for the Int. congress centre and an easy walk to Tsukuba station. Choice of pillows and a powerful shower. Free coffee and tea with an efficient kettle and fridge in the room and a convenience store across the road selling Milk yoghurt and cereals made a homemade breakfast easy to do.

There was limited breakfast by preorder and no restaurant, but the photocopied local maps indicating nearby restaurants were almost unreadable. There were microwaves available but there were no bowls or spoons available. The TV instructions were inaccurate but the BBC channels were dubbed in japanese anyway, with no option to hear the English, so didnt use it.

Comfortable and spacious. The location is just next to the International Conference Center, with an indoor hallway connecting the two buildings. If you're attending a conference there, this accommodation would be a great choice. Btw the view over the park is beautiful, and the amenity bar and pillow bar are nice.

Everything was great.

Very close to the Tsukuba Congress Center (1 minute), ideal if one needs to go there for business. Also close to the Tsukuba train station and shopping centers, easily reached in 15 minutes by foot. Quiet and friendly staff.

Location is convenient, hv to walk a little bit. Room size was decent. Water pressure was good. It was a last minute check in just to crash down. It was comfortable.

Didn’t stay long enough to notice anything, except for the checkout time, which is 10am. Not sure if it’s a standard here.

The breakfast was excellent.

When we arrived 1 hour earlier than the check in time, we couldn't check in, and we were asked to pay extra. We were asked to pay 1 day parking fee for parking one hour before the check in time.

I had missed that it was "Japanese breakfast only" (i.e. with fish and amenities) but each morning I enjoyed the whole set - and I don't even like fish ;-)

The facilities were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of resources. The staff were friendly.

The alarm went off in the night and we didn't know how to switch it off. We informed the staff to prevent any future issues.

Great staff, clean facilities, English friendly, compact but convenient. There is a car park that you need to pay for. Great value for money.

I loved the location as it is close to Lawsons as well as a few good niche shopping and thrift stores. Parking was adequate and the amenities were perfect
