I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le Royal! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Every single employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. They were always ready to assist with a warm smile, making my stay feel truly special. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided everything I could need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were luxurious, with attention to every detail, from the decor to the amenities. Our stay at Le Royal Hotel and Resort Amman was exceptional. Here are some highlights from our experience: The internet speed was around 7-11 Mbps, which was sufficient for our needs. The hotel is impeccably clean. As a family, we took two connected rooms, and it was very relaxing. The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival, making us feel at home right away. The panoramic views from the windows are breathtaking, adding a special touch to our stay. The swimming pools are fantastic, with three options: two indoor pools with sweet water, one with 5% salty water, and an outdoor pool. The Jacuzzi, steam, and sauna facilities were excellent. The gym is well-equipped and provided a great workout experience. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I especially want to comment on the breakfast experience at Le Royal. Enjoying the delightful music of Fairuz in the spacious and elegant restaurant added a magical touch to our mornings. The acoustics of the hall beautifully amplified the melodies, creating an enchanting ambiance. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Mohammad Salah and chef Maher for their delicious cooking and outstanding hospitality. We also had a wonderful time at Chesters, the restaurant on the 10th floor. It offers a stunning view of the city of Amman, especially at night. The food was delicious, and the staff were professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Overall, Le Royal Hotel and Resort Amman provided a memorable and pleasant stay. the place was Luxury, the building huge.

the valet parking try to enforce me to make him driving my car, but for me I don’t like any one driving my car I can do it my self to be comfortable and to trust the place. they said they I might lost down there but even though I will move around then I will find the way, and it was easy for me. I don’t need to explain to everyone when I refuse you should respect my request. it not that big deal to take to four people then you asked the manager to allow me do it my self.

it was perfect stay. People are friendly Super clean

The housekeeping took the bath robes and did not return them despite the multiple requests i made. The receptionist ignored my request to change the room view to the other side where i am used to and always book here for that view. the lady who provides the towels was rude she told my son: بدك حبل غسيل this is the second time you go to the pool im not going to give you a towel every hour.

clean and close to everything. the spa and the pool are very nice, and the staff are friendly. our stay included breakfast which was fresh and delicious.

the rooms and the bathroom need a bit of an upgrade. the toilet flush did not work well, and the sink faucet had to be opened slowly so it wouldn’t splash everywhere. these small details affect the place considering it’s name “Le Royal”! also, the wall electric outlets need to be updated to accommodate universal chargers and USB’s. they’re old and their location is inconvenient, nothing is close to the bed. the mini fridge contents are way too expensive, which I believe is abusive instead of it being a convenience option for guests.

A premium location that is easy to navigate Amman. The structure is elegant, the restaurant choices within the hotel outstanding and aesthetics very pleasing. The room is clean, spacious, with good layout and functional amenities. The breakfast mix was good, I am just not a breakfast person, so I was overwhelmed with the choices. Overall, the experience was amazing.

The WiFi connection at my room was very poor. However, in the lobby, where I worked, internet connection was good.

Everything from top to bottom! Amazing architecture of the building, very spacious inside, super clean, nice and polite staff, extra security, breakfast: amazing!! Bathroom was great! All decorations, lifts ect. Exceptional. Swimming pool and spa amazing: even though I was the only lady in the swimming pool , I was respectful to others and vice versa, didn't feel uncomfortable.

Shower head in room 1602 didn't work: top shower did. That didn't make my stay any uncomfortable. Hotel is having great views and not bad location however to get anywhere it was usually 30min+ . For European people walking matters because we like to see sites however I noticed there is no such culture of walking, probably small distances, roads are extremely jammed (at the end of the day, it is capital) and all people and guests seem to take taxis.

The location is good, the staff is nice in general, breakfast is very good and rooms are big and the beds are comfortable!

The security is too much for just a hotel, I don’t see why I have to pass though a metal detector every time I entered but I saw that its normal in Amman, which is weird. The dining area was smaller than it supposed to be, we had to wait for others to leave in order to find a place to sit, we even asked them to reserve a place for us but we were surprised the next day that they just didn’t and even claimed that we didn’t ask them. The staff in the dining area were not very helpful and sometimes ignoring our needs, the chairs in the room were uncomfortable and dirty, they should clean them, doesn’t fit a 5 star hotel. The toilet seat is too low and not comfortable at all.

I like everything, the best thing is how you feel secure, especially for girls. The staff always keeps looking and manage everything so you could be safe and comfortable all the time. The Spa and the pools are amazing, one of the best experiences ever. I liked that there is a lady's spa and gym, it's amazing. They offer everything you need. If you make the Dead Sea pool just for ladys, this would be amazing. I'll recommend staying at le royal for all my relatives and friends.

I just didn't like the Samurai Restaurant. This is not Japanese at all. I make better Japanese food at home than this one.

Le Royal was our home for two weeks in Amman. . The room was homey , spacious, with stunning views. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful, that made it feel like we were with family. Having several upscale restaurants on campus made it easy for us to host family and friends for dinners or coffee . We have enjoyed the upscale spa couple of times with the amazing message therapists Theresa, and Ni - Luh to erase stress from running around all day. Mohammed the spa manager was more than helpful all the time too. The dead sea pool was our favorite.in addition to to the sauna and steam room. . The location in the heart of Amman was a plus . We enjoyed venturing to the historic downtown of Amman . . Also we enjoyed the great eateries within walking distance, from Le Royal. Last , we truly liked and enjoyed the touches of art work from Mesopotamia, at the hotel entrance, The Winged Bull. And through out the hotel .

The one thing we did not like during our stay is that smoking in the lobby and restaurants were allowed. We have requested a non smoking room , but you could still smell a little through the bathroom vent.
