The service at Cloud 7 was exemplary, from the parking attendant to the staff at reception and the attention to detail. We were upgraded to the most fabulous apartment and wished we could have stayed longer. We all agreed we would come back! Everything was amazing including the access to the Hyatt Plage which was a short walk away (the hotel is next door to the apartments).

Breakfast was not included so we went to a place in the village complex but it was very expensive and very slow service. Worst we had during our stay in Jordan, but they were very kind - just slow.

I recently stayed at Cloud7 in Ayla, Aqaba for two days, and I had an amazing experience! The location is stunning, with beautiful views and easy access to the Marina and beach. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.

The breakfast. It wasn't a buffet. Instead we were handed vouchers to get breakfast from restaurants. There were only two options and the food was not good.

We had a wonderful stay at Cloud 7, which is strategically located in the heart of Ayla Marina. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and it’s just a short walk to the beach, making everything easily accessible. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. The interior design is creative and modern, contributing to a welcoming and stylish ambiance. On top of that, the service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a top-notch experience.

Some minimal maintenance is required, particularly in the bathrooms and showers. A little attention to detail can go a long way, with small issues like faucet handles and tile edges needing some upkeep. Addressing these minor points would enhance the overall guest experience

Everything about the apartment was amazing. We had two apartments each accommodates 4 people as we were 8 friends and family members. The two apartments were separated from all other apartments by an external glass door which made us feel as if we are living in a spacious villa. The duplex had a fabulous terrace where we spent the late night gatherings. The staff is very welcoming and very much service oriented. We had a minor problem that was sorted out by the team in a timely manner. Few names to mention that really added value to our experience are Shua'ib, Abdullah, and the team at the reception.

I wish there is privilege for me when I want to visit some shops inside a resort coz I felt a disappointed when the guard refuse to let me enter without reservation I said I’m resident, he said even so you need reservation I told him I select this place coz it included those services

The staff were very hospitable.. the location was amazing! Very clean, great view. The staff took us to the pool and back by golf cart.. (علاء) was there for us whenever we needed him, so professional and helpful. The breakfast from cafe mingle was top notch! We tried the Arabic and the American breakfast they were both very tasty, fresh, and generous. My kids loved the complementary waffles and the orange juice. We will definitely stay there again. Totally recommend staying at Cloud7. We loved it, very friendly staff, huge apartments, perfect surroundings with kids, nice restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Also the La Plage beach with kids was perfect, though much colder water but very clean.

Unfortunately there's no playground at the whole marina-sooo many families but nowhere to play with smaller kids, which is an absolute failure. But has nothing to do with the hotel, just with the area. Also don't go to b12 Beach club, so expensive for nothing. Everything was under construction, no pool, no playground, just a beach-like at the free La Plage beach. Was very disappointing that the staff did not tell us that the pool is closed even though we actively asked about the b12, noone mentioned that it's under construction.

The room was great, really well furnished, and stocked for guests to spend several days there. The room is ideal for a family with kids, being able to put them down in a separate room on the other side of the kitchen.

The music playing until midnight isn't the most relaxing, though I recognize that's not the hotels total control. It would be The beach club is also great, but also has music playing the whole time so also not the most relaxing. Unfortunately the Hyatt club access only has the one beach/pool option.

2-bed apt was great. I really liked the Mediterranean/Greek design of the rooms. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Many shops, cafes, and restaurant at or near the hotel with sea view. Hotel has no access to the beach but provide access via the hotel next door which is a short walking distance. Beach was good but not great. The beach is an extention from the sea so it feels different and there is no waves or sea creatures

The hotel does not have its own restaurant and/or cafe. They gave us vouchers with options to eat breakfast at private restaurants at the hotel. Breakfast quality at these restaurant is below average of 5-stare hotels. Bathroom shower area needs work.
