The hotel is well-located and very beautifully designed. The rooms feel quite luxurious and it is quite nice having a-la-carte breakfast. The hotel has WhatsApp service which is very fast and convenient.

The heating in the rooms is so hot. I did however speak with reception and they were quite quick to fix this for me for which I am grateful. The rooms are very stylish, but sometimes the design is impractical, for example the do not disturb signs do not fit on the door handles, towels are on the opposite side of the room to the shower/sink etc.

Amazing building, fantastic staff, so comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The localisation is perfect to enjoy calm and Astana's skyline. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. It is not a buffet but a selection of varied and tasty fresh made savory and sweet creations. The spa facilities are great and Saltanat is a massage expert. Cannot say anything but please do not miss the Veil and its three delicious restaurants each offering a different ambiance with equally superb cuisines.

It’s an amazing hotel in terms of design, in a beautiful building. Most unusual I stayed in. Hotel staff are very attentive to guests’ needs (preparing Sahoor meals early morning and delivering to the room). Some decent restaurants on the 2nd floor. Rooms are really big.

I think that bathroom area could be better thought out, with sink outside the room. It’s not entirely convenient. And it’s small too, considering how much free space there’s. But a minor issue. Entry hall and generally lighting inside is quite dim lit and dark.

Extraordinary hotel with unique amazing design both from outside and inside. After arrival you spend quite some time just walking around the hotel and enjoying its unique design. Rooms are quite big, very cozy and stylish, there are very good bluetooth loudspeakers in the room (Bang and Olufsen), bed is comfortable. There are 3 great restaurants inside the hotel and 1 wine boutique where they also organize winetasting dinners. Breakfasts are a-la-carte with quite many options to choose from and all meals we have tasted - looked great and tasted great and we had quite full table. SPA is quite good, but with some drawbacks mentioned below.

Just a couple of things: 1) Sauna and turkish Hammam were warm, but not hot... Staff couldn't help to make them more hot. And infrared sauna was not working at all. 2) There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and there are several coffee capsules available in different colours. Normally these capsules are different inside as well: some of them are decaf, some are stronger, some milder... but there are no signs on capsules and staff also couldn't give information on difference between them.

Vety clean rooms. Breakfast with some nice Choices. Very good Restaurants inside the Hotel. The Housekeeping stuff is extrem frindly and very clean working.

Very small and not fitting with the rest of the Hotel Spa Area. The Reception didnt help me with my Money change problem (ATM inside the Hotel doesnt work). I paid a room upgrate but had the feeling the room was still to small.

Stayed at this hotel for short visit during business trip. Amazing design, lovely room and very clean. Location is perfect too if you need to move to both banks of the river. In total, good value for money.

the only problem is staff we were stopped few times near the elevators by security, with weird questions like ‘r you sure that you are living here?’ to move to the floor of your room you need to have a key, without it elevator will not move, so why we were stoped again and again with same questions… it was weird and unpleasant also we ordered breakfast to the room and it was not so delicious. Eggs Benedict weren’t cooked in a proper way, also there were no bread basket included

Wi-Fi is a catastrophe! please do something about it no swimming pool no fitness room

My recent stay at a hotel was truly a pleasure. The interior design was tastefully done and created a lovely ambiance. The cuisine was absolutely delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the quality of their spa facilities and the variety of treatments available. I want to give a special shout-out to their breakfast - it was really good! The rest of the menu was diverse and of high quality too. The staff were always available and attentive, which made my stay very enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I think it would do the same for anyone else.

It has a great location, a very scenic view from the room I got, and an amazing breakfast - simply an amazing breakfast, a great 2nd-floor restaurant, and a superb hotel!

Only one thing would make it perfect: the BIDET shower in the bathroom of regular rooms, the junior suite has it.

The architecture is really cool. I had a great room with a huge view and ceiling. It was stylish and comfortable. Wifi was good.

I wish the Sauna area, which was great, had better hours. It should be open much earlier in the morning and later at night - which are the main times I want to use it!
