The food was great and staff like Elosy and Hope and the concierge team left very pleasant memories.

It is a pity that a good cup of coffee is not included in “all inclusive “, especially where one is not an alcohol drinker. Athough an exception was made after I raised the concern, it would be great to have this possibility especially considering that Kenya is a coffee producer.

-I loved that there is security everywhere it’s a safe environment. -The way we were welcomed by prudence, she really made us feel home away from home and kept checking on us for all the days we were there. -I loved the fact that it’s quite big it doesn’t get crowded -The details that were taken in designing each part and all color combination ,the white buildings,the tall palm trees running from the property down to the beach that have the most calming sound plus the ocean waves sounds. -The pool we named it (pool with an island)

Staff was not helpful very let check in and very early check out i never saw Hotel checked in 3pm and checked out at 10pm.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The property itself is beautiful, with a charming and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of the food was excellent; we truly savored every meal. What more could you want? The hotel offers everything you need for a perfect stay. There is a gorgeous beach where you can book various water activities, which is a great addition for adventurous guests. Every evening, there’s an amazing entertainment program, performed by a talented group that actively engages with the guests. This added a lot of fun and liveliness to our evenings without being intrusive. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a personal host who assisted us with any questions or requests throughout our stay. This personal touch was greatly appreciated and made us feel truly pampered. Our room was stocked daily with fresh towels and bottled water, which was a nice touch. By the pool, there’s a cozy bar where you can relax with a drink in hand, and you can also get towels there for both swimming and the beach, which was very convenient. As for the food: there was plenty of variety, and everything was carefully prepared. This made us very happy, as we could try something new every day. Although the all-inclusive menu might not be the largest we've seen, it featured exactly the dishes we wanted, and the quality was outstanding. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a worry-free stay, this hotel is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The bar at the pool closes real early. It’s not a bad thing, we just were bummed about it.

The staff are attentive to details, very friendly, approachable, and helpful. The staff are the hotel's greatest asset! The most wonderful people i have met so far. Brenda was very kind and helpful. Service staff: I can't mention eachl of them. They are all great at what they do. Halima, Clare, Michelle, security near the kids pool area the house keeping staff who ensured our room was cleaned and beds changed daily very polite and friendly, front office staff always helpful and responsive regardless of the time. In short, Pride Inn should pride itself in the staff they have put in place to look after the customers they are the best of the best.

Couldn't find two items that were misplaced at the pool area. Had them checked at security still not traceable.

One of the best vacation hotels! I’ve stayed in prideinn flamingo beach resort. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a serene atmosphere . The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated because I told them that it was my daughter’s 8th birthday , and the floor-to-ceiling windows opened up to stunning vistas. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff ensuring every need was met. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was a highlight, and the on-site restaurants served incredible gourmet dishes with fresh, local ingredients. With activities like Circus, Dancing and different activities every evening , it felt like the ultimate getaway. I wanted to thank the hard working staff specially Ms Fendi who welcomed us with her beautiful smile and make sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay!!!

It has access to the beach! *Traveling as a family, if you want to have a qualify time with your spouse they will take the kids and take good care of them. They even have a kids center.

The friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Always willing to help. The variety of food was good. But after few days it would be repetitive and would not like to stay longer.

The most awful annoying thing was the flies on the food. So much of the food we did not touch because of that, wherever it was. The desserts should have proper nets over them or see through covers all the times. We did not wanted to take any risk with our health.

We love everything about the place. This is my kids favourite resort and we've been here four times now and each visit is better than the last. We especially loved the entertainment this year and the adult only section which was new and a great way to enjoy the breeze without the sand on your feet. Its my favourite spot so far while my children's is the pool and the fun dance activities the staff lead at the pool. We also love the food and the snacks which are just out of this world. We love the polite and helpful staff and all the amazing services. The room we had was great and my family enjoyed the holiday fully. can't wait to be back.

The only issue is the lobby area the bar close to the lobby was so so hot , we wanted to sit and have a drink there after dinner and play pool but it was so uncomfortable hot , they only had ceiling fans there circulating heat , aircon would have been better .
