The best place we stayed in Kenya. Very spacious, clean and quiet room with air conditioning. The best thing was the bed - very large and very comfortable. The perfect place to relax. Breakfast is good and plentiful, served in the form of a buffet (fruit, cereals, croissants, toast, porridge, pancakes, potatoes, beans, vegetables, sausages or fish fingers or chicken, eggs, juices, tea, coffee). There is a restaurant in the hotel. You can order meal to your room or eat in the restaurant. We took advantage and ordered dinner to the room. The meal was quite good. Very decent and fast hotel service. We used the washing and ironing services and were satisfied. Good price and good job. We used the free underground parking lot. Nice view from the roof. We felt good and safe in this hotel. We highly recommend it.

The breakfast was good with a touch of Indian dish for the main dish. The location was a good spot especially if you're travelling back and heading to the airport. The staffs were good and helpful. The room was spacious. Good internet and entertainment with Netflix and the like to watch movies.

Our room has a big mirror facing the toilet door directly to the toilet bowl which makes us feel uneasy. Additionally, the same mirror reflecting the location of the safe box inside the closet. The sink is too high which is not standard height. For smaller person like me, it was so inconvenient to use it plus the fact that the lavatory sink was too far from the edge which is about 6 inches.

Location is close to the airport in a save area. But is the most important thing was the stuff! Eleme from reception was so helpful and friendly! She helped us in every issue we had regarding the demonstrations and border crossing. Our driver GIRO from the hotel was the best driver I experienced in Africa! He accommodated us excellent and safe through the demonstration up to the border. Everyone is just so helpful and polite. I would always come back and stay in that hotel !!! You really feel like home even it’s just a hotel.

The rooms were perfect, clean and well maintained. A lovely stay with great value for money on a night rate. Don't be mislead by the outside or the building as the inside is amazing.

The kitchen staff were very disappointing. It took them 15 mins to acknowledge my presence in the restaurant, after which it took them another 20 mins to get my order. Very disappointed.

I particularly liked the room I stayed in. It was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The shower was great too, in fact better than most hotels of the same class I've stayed in in Nairobi. The location is also quiet and one can enjoy a good night sleep. Oh, not to mention that the bed was very comfortable and spacious.

A little bit difficult to access but you can always find your way if you use a taxi. We had breakfast but the restaurant was heavily congested with guests who appeared to have come in from outside. The staff tried their best to serve but they were seemingly very overwhelmed. It took time to get served.

We were really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked it for 2 night one before and after the safari and it exceeded our expectations. Room were clean, beds comfortable. Great customer service, they let us leave our big bags there for 4 days and complimentary check in early/check out late. Food at the restaurant was pretty good and it was convenient to have as we didn’t want to go to the center every time to eat. We loved the breakfast!! Walking distance ATMs/bank. No complaints whatsoever.

The room was spacious with a sitting area and a bed. The shower was great with good pressure and volume. Coffee facilities were provided in the room. Location is near Mombasa road with easy access to the airport, the National Park and City Centre. Breakfast and dinner was also good.

The parking is outside and they should reserve an open parking for dropping off guests outside the gate.

The hotel offered everything we needed - after a long trip, we needed to relax and enjoyed the big room, watching Netflix and taking a hot shower. Food was also good and the staff friendly. Would return.

The area did not seem to convenient to do sightseeing in the city. Therefore, it is relatively close to the international airport.

The hotel from inside is very decent, rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. There's a restaurant downstairs and they have laundry service.

The area looked very unsafe, but I was taking Uber and picked up by safari so it was all good. I wouldn't recommend walking or using public transport here. There were many people in the lobby and restaurants making noise but all okay.

This hotel was FANTASTIC! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet; the food at the restaurant was delicious; the staff was helpful and accommodating. It’s also very conveniently located only 20 minutes from the airport. I will definitely be coming back!
