I liked the fact that when I voiced my concerns about certain things that the relevant staff acted on my concerns very quickly.

Choice of food on the buffet was initially very poor until I made it clear to staff that it was disappointing and the following day it was much better.

We stayed in the honeymoon villa and I must say it was spectacular. Very spacious, comfortable bed, fully replenished bar,we'll definitely be back. Very friendly staff all over the property starting from reception.

The food wasn't to my liking. . The food definitely needs some improvement. Didn't find the food tasty or delicious.Dry roasted potatoes and such

Room was excellent. Location, gym and staff are all great.

Terrible experience with the hair salon. They put a excessive amount of oil and were extremely rough. Restaurant (coffee lounge) Food wasn't great.

We loved the breakfast spread and the ambience in general. Everything was perfect except for a small incident at night were the upstairs neighbours played music way too loud. However the issue was resolved after calling the reception. Will definitely come back !

Great location to base and explore the area especially the Cresent Island and boat trip. All staff were exceptional, always smiling and helpful.

This hotel was amazing! Loved the spacious room, tasteful decor, outdoor shower and the cleanliness. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I was even able to book a tour before check-in and quickly received a guide for a hippo-sighting boat ride and for a hike around the game sanctuary on Crescent Island! The spa is also great and I really enjoyed my facial.

It was great, nothing to dislike.

Food tastes and variety When food was spicy for my kids, they made pizza for them. Very clean and spacious rooms and areas. Nice activities like biking and kids club

Very limited buggies, only 2 during the day and 1 during the evening! Forcing to wash hands every single time you enter the restaurant regardless your hands are clean or not! Made me feel I'm in the nursery! Wearing and removing mask all the time while in the restaurant, as while eating you can remove, but when you want to go back to the buffet, you have to wear it again, and many times our hands were oily or smelly, which made it difficult to wear the masks again and again! No hot water! Slightly over priced.

Everything lived up to expectation. Thank You. The food was amazing especially the Saturday dinner with the nyama choma.

For now, all was perfect.

The plumbing/drain in the bathroom had a bit of a foul smell

You can rent a bicycle and there is more than enough space to exercise. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. Requested for some extras to be put in the room which was done on complimentary. They give an option of buffet or fine dinning experience We were also well received and given a tour of the room which has so many amenities.

The dining was chaotic and lacked planning which was worrying during these COVID times. When we went for meals there was no one to guide guest to their tables and some guests walked around with no masks in the dining as well. On the last day at breakfast, the restaurant had to set up a makeshift food service area to accommodate the guests since the inside dining was over crowded and there was no social distancing which made no sense since they should have known the night before how many guests were staying at the hotel/ going for breakfast
