We had a very pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast ! Two people who really touched us were Dipak who was always ready to serve at the entrance, and of course Adam the ever helpful concierge for our baggage n cabbie for the airport thru his app.

We weren't given an early check in sadly ! Tired out frm a nite flight, arrival early morn at 3 am...waited with some friends at their place and reported to the hotel at 12 noon and got our room keys only at 1.30...whilst we watched others checking in. We made at least 4 requests for the room at the reception.

Very pleased with the hotel, Iqbal at the front desk was very helpful.

Breakfast, paid for breakfast on one morning as we didn't have it included, food was very cold, not a great selection. Ordered drinks poolside, waited roughly 1 hour to receive our drinks and had to wait a further 30mins for the waitress to find the card machine so we could pay.

Good hotel location close to metro , airport, and to Deira mall. Room service team are very friendly, reception is very welcoming and smiling, special thanks to Mr. Ahmed he was very nice, also the bags person he was very respectful .

For me, the breakfast restaurant was small and the tables are very close to the buffet, sometimes it is not good to see people eating in front of you while you are standing in the buffet, the coffee is not good , the food is inclined to Asian taste, please provide oriental food, the egg chef is very respectful and cheerful. I tried to order breakfast in the room but the response was not good, they asked me the reason and I was embarrassed to tell them, I advice that the restaurant needs to expand

Very good location, a couple hundred meters from metro station City Center Deira and from the Mall with the same name (a very nice and modern part of Deira). Easy to reach from all 3 terminals of the airport (metro for T1 and T3 and bus C26 from T2). Very good rooms and amenities, very nice and friendly service from the reception, the concierge and the manager and a great, varied, tasty and absolutely plentiful breakfast. Proper termerature of the room. Free parking for hotel guests. I stayed in low season and -pricewise- I got a great value for money.

The pool area is a bit outdated, the general style of the furniture is sort of '90s (but still in perfect conditions). It is a dry hotel (and there is no bar serving alcohol in the vicinity). Overall, minor things.

Rooms and Food

The concierge and housekeeping staff were professional and responsive to my needs, this was particularly important because I was staying for over 3 weeks. The AC was great which again was important since the temperatures in Dubai were reaching highs of +50°C taking into consideration humidity. The room was very spacious including the bed. Well stocked with toiletries. Parking was ample and easy to maneuver.

Cell network coverage in the room was spotty at best where it was particularly difficult to place or recieve calls or use data. Wifi was great but again coverage across the spacious room was intermittent as well but the Wifi was great overall, fast. Rooms also don't have a microwave which was already mentioned in the booking app and was expected but it would have been nice to have one especially on longer multi-week stays. Overall, minor issues and did not hamper the stay.

The property had lots of amenities like swimming pool and gym. The staff, specially Mr. Dipak was very good behaviour and always helpful. Chef Eric made the best eggs I have ever had.

The breakfast was very inconsistent with the Indian dishes. One day there was idli and chutney and the other day, they made terrible pav bhaji. The next day they made mini dosa but with terrible coconut chutney. If you are vegetarian and Indian, better not to take breakfast. Eat it from someplace else. Fresh juices were also not available. Fruits were there but pineapple was dipped in sugar overnight to sweeten it. Its a long list, but To sum up, We mainly had trouble in fooding there. However, we have still rated it 10 for the other things.

The room was clean and tidy with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff members were extremely kind and always ready to help. The hotel has secured undercroft parking spaces. The WiFi was reliable.

There was a water leak in the bathroom (just above the toilet), however, I did not mention it to them (basically, did not care!). Also, what I did not like is some of the staff, although they were very friendly and helpful, just kept asking to give good feedback and some of them already provided their names!

Good price for a good location hotel which is located conveniently near the airport and city. A lot of restaurants nearby with good food and of walking distance too. Exceptional service from Mr Sanjay who helped us with our luggages during our late check-in in the wee hours. Good and fast check-in process by the gentlemen (sorry, i could not remember his name). Mr Adam for helping us with getting a taxi around. Mr Keshav who always ensure that we had a great morning breakfast experience and to Mr Shibir for always ensuring our room is cleaned and had enough toiletries and towels for our stay.

There could be more lift available for hotel guests to use.

Staff was just wonderful. We arrived very late and very tired. Adam at the front desk greeted us with a vibrant warmth as if it was the middle of the day. He clearly saw how tired we were and went out of his way to make sure we were treated with the best service possible. It truly made our layover in Dubai wonderful.

We accidentally booked at the City Center location because the description on booking.com didn't differentiate clearly enough for me to realize there were two properties with the same name until it was too late. I panicked when I suddenly realized we were staying farther away from the airport than I intended, and there was no flexibility from the hotel to move our reservation to the airport location. As it turned out, this is a lovely location and still a short drive from the airport. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us.
