Truly a stunning hotel; I’ve rarely seen a place that feels so perfect inside. Absolutely outstanding. Even if the rooms were three times the price, it would still be worth it. However, it's quite remote, so I wouldn't recommend staying too long as it might get a bit dull. Two days is ideal, with a third day at most. I suggest using your full day to hike the nearby mountain, which is an incredible experience with breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly, although their English isn't great—though that might not matter to everyone. The food is decent, but the real draw here is the beautiful location and the exceptionally well-designed hotel.

The food isn’t fantastic, but the hotel’s price-to-quality ratio is so good that I hardly consider it a major drawback. There are plenty of options on the menu, and some dishes are genuinely tasty. If you follow my advice and don’t stay too many days, there’s definitely enough variety to enjoy. I did find it disappointing that there was no staff to supervise the kids' club, so I had to stay with my kids the whole time. At many other hotels, there’s someone there, allowing you to relax with a drink by the pool for example. But despite this, I still think the hotel is fantastic.

As soon as I walked in I was mezmorised by the beauty and magic of this place. They upgraded me to a king bed room for my birthday and sent me a gorgeous chocolate mousse. It was such a nice touch as I was alone celebrating. the room features are gorgeous, the views the music, the design. all is just peaceful, timeless beauty. Hoang Anh at the bar, Le at the front desk and Anh at the meditation course. All 3 I remember their name as I had long conversation and brilliant personalised assistance (a front desk lady was also at breakfast and had a great personalised service). I went to the pool and the attendant was great. but later at night no attendant for towels though. I loved it all though and so close to the sacred mountain. Thank you for such a special stay!! I will recommend this place to everyone in need of relaxation and recentering.

The yoga and meditation classes led by Hắng were truly exceptional—unlike anything I’ve experienced before. They helped me slow down, embrace gentleness, and connect more deeply with myself and the world around me.

This is indeed an exceptional place ! We highly recommend it. We have enjoyed our time there, first with a warm welcoming from the entire team who was very helpful during our stay. They shared many advice around activities as well as to hike the mountain. In the hotel, Everything is made in order to make us feel comfortable, and it works ! (shuttles or bike available, on site activities and food) The activites in the hotel are amazing, we loved the yoga class and in this place it felt really special. The massages were great as well ! Most importantly, the restaurant was one of the best we had in Vietnam. We were impressed by the breakfast and high quality of pastries, there was a large choice and allergen were detailed, we really appreciated it. You absolutely have to try their local Apricot wine : Marvellous !! We loved the bar and the cocktails they made, everything is well thought. As the hotel is far from Hanoi, the hotel organized the transport for us and it was very convenient.

We absolutely loved everything in Yen Tu. It is not a super touristic area, so you get to relax and explore the beautiful nature and culture. The hotel is stunning, gorgeous grounds, and one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever been to. The staff was quite friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. We had dinner two nights and it was delicious. The spa is beautiful!

Very little. The only issues we had were relating to the laundry service - which was absolutely a robbery in terms of price, and they damaged a garment. But the staff was quick to compensate us for the issue. The spa is also extremely expensive and didn't have the cold plunge therapy we wanted.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We had two rooms for 5 people. Staffs at the hotel were nice and helpful which is really what you really want for a holiday. The room was spectacular in every way from the design, bathroom that has no windows make it blend with nature. The resort was built from scratch a few years ago but it does give a very nice historical feel to it. The pool was a beauty and food I loved it. A bonus was a performance at night - don’t miss it. We did a Family photoshoot at the location - everyone was so helpful. Thank you so much definitely come back

One of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The design of the whole hotel is just magnificent. Food was delicious and the drinks were exquisite. Lovely spa and treatments. Insanely tomb raider esque swimming pool. Well equipped gym. Room was so spacious, and housekeeping detailed. Close to a sort of purpose built village, whuch felt a tad plastic but again food was good. Definitely grab the cable cars to the top of Yen Tu but be warned, it's very steep, slippery and hard going. You do have to do a fair hike even using the cable cars.

Really odd promotion, which as an accor member I could not get my head around. But was apparently called accor plus. 6.1m dong (£208), turns out I would have saved a fortune but no one could explain. Not even when I contacted accor. My next hotel was the same chain. So I really blew it on that offer.

staff wasn't very helpful, my friend got sick and asked for assistance but they just said they didn't have any meds, the problem was the lack of concern they show for customers. secondly, there was an activity which is picking up fresh eggs for morning breakfast, which advertised by the property and advised to book. we booked and went at 6:30 AM and staff was totally unprepared. we had to wait for 15-20 mins for them to show us to the chicken farm which is literally next door and in which there was no egg to be found. very disappointing!

Mc Gallery is the premiere property at Yen Tu Mountain. The staff is exceptional they do cleaning service twice daily on your room and are very attentive to all your needs. The property itself is exceptional with beautiful grounds and amazing pool which we all enjoyed thoroughly. The rooms are unique, fashioned after mid-evil decor. The only complaint about the room was a slightly musty smell I think that is due to lack of windows but staff mitigated that with dehumidifier. We took advantage of the free classes such as yoga, chanting and singing bowls. My,the instructor was exceptional. I would definitely stay again. Yen Tu. mountain is a very special place. Breakfast buffet was amazing

Beautiful setting - sometimes big resorts or hotels can feel impersonal but this one was the opposite. All the staff were lovely and very helpful with the mountain of questions I had to ask. The spa is amazing - I basically had it to myself when I went and I had an amazing treatment. The location is perfect and they will take you anywhere around in the buggies. Perfectly placed to go up the mountain. The food was delicious and room service to late into the night.
