Awesome Pool, Nice Fitness activities, Awesome Coffee Bar “insomnia”, The Hunter Steak House, The Vespa “ Italian Cuisine” were Fantastic Food and Great Service!!!

The Buffet was very weak, the dessert selection was not tasty!!! The Beach was full of seaweed??? Hello get an ATV and rake system like they use in baseball. it’s picturesque but disappointing and your loosing out on clientele!!!! The Music were Super Weak, better lighting effects, better sounding Microphones for vocalist in Show Need to pump up the jams on certain areas of resort and Club was weak!!!! Casino was a Joke!!!!

The staff was beyond pleasant. The animation team was exceptional in their interactions and kindness (the programs given to them need improvement because many times the atmosphere was overly calm). Pedro, Alberto, and Daunny left an amazing impression on my friends, family, and myself. We met the executive chef (I believe his name is Jose, he is from Mexico and does an Outstanding job with the food). Every single dish we had was absolutely amazing. Rosa was an amazing server, alongside Vicente, Gabriel, Sterling, and practically everyone who we came in contact with. The rooms were very clean. Mr. Chelly was amazing at keeping us active!!!

The facilities need upkeeping in some areas, but this was a minor issue for us.

The steakhouse restaurant sucked!!!! Horrible food horrible service. The AC didn't work. The main buffet room now type of air conditioning or fans literally got sick at breakfast never eat inside always get a table outside. When my party of 10 made a complaint about the steakhouse and asked to speak to management no one came. Room Service sucks ho get it yourself

Majority of staff were fantastic, the food variety and options for someone who is gluten free were great and staff were helpful with this. The hotel offers a good mix of fun, music and activities but also a great place to relax too. Special mentions to Ludwig (manager), Francis (pool) and Jeffrin waiter in Diamond club beach bar and Italian.

The only fault we have is that the service at the hunter steak house was poor. We sat on the outside terrace, people who had sat inside said they had a good experience. We ate their twice and the same waiter was rude both times

Views were amazing. As was the staff, especially the butler.All of the restaurants were excellent as well.

I thought I paid for double bed room, which is what I selected. It was girls trip not romantic one. There was one bed. The first night our bathroom flooded all day and night. Every time we left room we returned to bathroom flooded. The last “fix” occurred after 2am. We were up until almost 3 am when they finished. It would’ve also been nice to have more English speaking staff.

Breakfast was great, I only had it on last day but it was superb. I sampled as much as I could. I loved sitting by the ocean as it rained. It was the best. I understand the all-inclusive amenities can be shared with everyone but it was kinda a pain not to be able to bring a friend on the resort. I was lonely because of that!😭

Food: We found the breakfast at the ELEMENTS Buffet veryyyy good. It was varied and complete. The salt and pepper shakers weren't working very well, other than that we really enjoyed breakfast and all meals in general. On our first night we tried the TANDORI restaurant Indian Cuisine, and the food was spectacular. PRO TIP: Ask for the basmati rice as a side dish, it's the best!!! On our second and last night we tried the PESCARI restaurant Sushi & Ceviche, my partner and I had ALL the rolls, it was a very fun and rewarding experience. The rolls were good overall, but our favorite was definitely the "ceviche roll". Every meal was generally very good! Service: In terms of service, we were overly pleased with how personalized the service was. Everyone, absolutely everyone, was very kind and very attentive, we had no problem with any of them. We want to give special thanks to Pedro, our butler, who was always super attentive to all our needs. He always went above and beyond to help with everything. Thank you Pedro for making our weekend a wonderful stay! It is also worth mentioning the special treatment we had from Marcos, at the main pool bar, as well as Katherine! and Salvador at the Munchies snack bar! We are very pleased with absolutely everyone. Entertainment: The resort has several activities during the day, we thank Pedro once again for sending us the itinerary for the current day every morning, so we didn't miss out on the activities we were interested in. The foam party in the main pool was so much fun! We had a really great time! The theme parties at night were also a lot of fun, I liked the part where the songs were choreographed and we got to follow along. My partner and I were laughing because we hadn't even left the resort yet and we were already planning when we were going to come back. It was a very pleasant experience.

There really isn't much to say about what we didn't like because our stay was exceptional, but we did have some problems with the room amenities. For example: the coffee maker was not working, we reported it and it was quickly replaced by another one! The television was not working either, we also reported it and a guy came to fix it. The DJ who works at EXCITE Sports Bar and Lounge wasn't very good, he didn't vary the songs and it was just pandering to the American crowd. The transition between one song and another left a lot to say. We didn't like the DJ of this place at all.

The staff was the highlight of the trip (shoutout to Yudy, Rudy, Rosa, Yudelki, Surelvi, Adrian and all the other amazing staff we met). Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The food at the buffet was pretty good and they had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel seemed a bit far off from the city center and the airport (taxi ride was 50 - 70 dollars). The pool was great and we were able to book an ATV excursion through the hotel. Overall, a solid experience.

Omar was the best! Hands down he provided exceptional services. I did get sick at the hotel, he made sure he was there with us the entire time and then checked to ensure I followed DRs instructions for aftercare while staying at the hotel! He recommended the spa treatment to help with my symptoms.

Everything was great at the property! Location was a little far away from downtown & the locals!
