We really liked the spacious king deluxe room. We had to switch rooms to a double due to an emergency visit from an additional person but the staff were ready and willing to switch us which was so wonderful during a stressful moment. Overall, our stay was more positive than negative. We were very comfortable in our room and that was most important for us during this visit. The housekeeping staff was super friendly and the front desk staff were very willing to accommodate our request in a very short amount of time.

The breakfast were just okay, a few tweaks to the menu could be very beneficial and you might find more cost savings if the cooks were more creative. It seems that most people staying here are there for at least 5 days so having some more variety would be great. (Example: switch the daily scrambled eggs to fried eggs or omelettes on different days could be nice. The rooms cleanliness were inconsistent and it seems that some of the rooms are in need of basic repairs. (We moved rooms four times because we had to extend our stay longer than expected).

The 24 hour security that was provided at the hotel site gave me piece of mind and we were thankful for the free shuttle services that were offered to us during our stay there. The staff was very friendly and the daily breakfast was great.

Due to unforseen circumstances, my husband and had to extend our stay in Juarez, Chihuahua. We only found this out on the day of our check-out, we tried to add more days to our stay with the front office staff at LA Quinta, we were refused and told our room was already reserved to someone else and that there were absolutely no other rooms available. We had to scramble to find another hotel to stay at.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with coming and seeing if my room needed cleaning or clean linens.The chef was very welcoming and accommodating breakfast was amazing just like home cooked meals the food was always hot and something new every day.The jacuzzi was always nice and warmed. The front desk is very respectful. Last but not least there was transportation where we needed to go. I just wanted to say thank you to all staff.Also the rooms have microwave and mini fridge’s.

When I wanted to go out to side to the pool area I had to always ask for them to unlock the door. Also the first time we went to the jacuzzi we had to ask for them to warm the water.

Shoutout to Yvette and Eduardo. Yvette kept our room spotless during our stay and was always super kind to us. My son LOVED her finishing touch of putting his teddy bear on his pillow. Eduardo was our host at breakfast and treated us like royalty. Very professional and always welcoming and attentive. These two persons definitely made our stay beyond amazing. It was a stressful week and the warmth and kindness they both expressed made our week much better. This hotel is super close to the consulate and right next to a plaza with a good selection of restaurants. Security was on point as there is a gated and guarded entrance/exit.

The only downside was the pool could use a little more upkeep and the bathroom could use remodeling.

I have booked at this place for the past 12 years every time I’ve been to Ciudad Juarez . This place always has a clean environment and staff is super friendly. I had a medical emergency with my toddler in the staff immediately responded with help in transportation to a nearby hospital. their staff was super vigilant and helpful. I will be forever grateful! The chef in the kitchen is amazing always making sure everyone is satisfied and the food is amazing. Thankyou!

The place is nice,really taken care of I would recommend the visit specially if your there for the US consulate the place is really close even walking distance..ivette took care of my room all week and she was a wonderful lady

I didnt like that the pool it is not taken care of at all..filled with hairs,leaves,insects I didn't dare to go in only feet and even then when I took them out it felt nasty

The location is great! The staff was super nice

We had problems with our bathroom/shower. Every time we took a shower we were left with a puddle of water on the floor do to the shower door… it was uncomfortable because i have a baby who is crawling. Also, while at the pool my baby was hit on the head by a football that some kids were playing with in the pool area, i think the pool area is not a playground a place to play sports.

The location, nearby amenities such as money exchange, several restaurants, and accessibility to town. The Security personnel and front gate were super excellent and eager to help. The facility has gated access; no one can enter without a guest. The value is excellent, and free B fast is great.

The elevators are not synchronized to their floors accordingly, which is very confusing.

My Wife and I like and love everything since day one, we thank each and every person that help us, The hotel was always clean, nice and neat, we love the breakfast guy always kind and helpful and breakfast every day was delicious, Thank you! The Housekeeping lady everyday was making sure that we were ok and ask us if we needed anything really kind, Thank you. Front desk guy and lady always answer our question they were always nice and kind they even guide us when we needed help, Thank you all for everything we appreciate everything you guys did for us, God Bless you all!

This is my 4th. stay. A favorite place. staff from security( Luis), transportation (Chava), breakfast lady, front desk and cleanning staff are super great. Always eager to help

Noise from event downstairs, bar nearby closes at 2 am and event center one block away, noisy as heck.
