Good location for what we wanted to do. Some staff very friendly.

We happened to be there on a really hot day. Kept the window unit on to help keep it cool, and minimize the sound from outside our room. We were right over the breakfast bar & were awakened each AM to the sound of the waffle machine beeping and people.

July '24 The Quality Inn in Chesterton had a great location was quiet, secure, clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The TV and internet worked well and I was very pleased

The breakfast was bare minimum coffee, cereal, some breads, and the coffee was terrible.

The attention to cleanliness is demonstrated throughout the hotel. Really appreciated it.

The breakfast should include more options such as hardboiled or scrambled eggs and bread options that include condiments should as small single serving packages of peanut butter or various jellies.

Location to the Indiana Dunes Visitor Center was great! Also close to a hospital, just in case. Staff were super friendly, room clean, beds very comfortable, breakfast had options other than cereal.

These rooms are not well insulated, you can hear everything. We could hear people above and to the sides of us as well as noises outside.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms look nice after the renovations. Breakfast area looked new and updated

Breakfast is very minimal. You do not get a hot breakfast. The only hot thing you get is the waffle maker. The other items they had included cereal, granola bars and a mystery breakfast burrito

The breakfast was excellent. I liked the waffle machine, cranberry juice, bagels, burritos, cream cheese and bananas and coffee. Hood that it opens early at 6 a.m.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for the Indiana Dunes/ beaches, food, etc.

Clean comfortable beds/rooms and very accommodating staff. Good breakfast items.

Wish the bathroom light switch was in the bathroom and not on the hallway leading in I keep waking up my wife every time I used the bathroom. But that's a minor issue.

The check in was a great experience. Came early to attend function and our room was ready so we were welcome to come in and prepare easily. Great relief and we were on our way quickly.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had alot of options. It was very close to the sand dunes and beach.

I wish there was a hot breakfast option besides waffles. Needs some updates in the room.
