The staff was very nice and accommodating, even let me get another cup of milk from the back when breakfast was over and me and my boyfriend were still enjoying our breakfast. Breakfast doesn’t have many options but has options.

Booked a king room but they overbooked and was given a room with two full beds. The first night they must’ve gave someone else our room cus at 5:00am some guests almost came into my room good thing I had the door latch on. Other than that the stay was alright.

Great location, super close to Red Rock Amphitheater and downtown Denver. Continental breakfast was pretty good. There wasn’t a variety of foods but I was satisfied with hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, coffee. They also have yogurt, bread, bagel and waffle machine. Very quiet environment.

The only that wasn’t working was the elevator. It isn’t a big deal to me as I can use the stairs, but I saw twice people trying to use it and getting upset (older people that are not too mobile).

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great outlet and USB charging availability. HVAC was good and easy to regulate.

More variety for breakfast. The water pressure at the sink in the bathroom was very weak.

Bed was really comfortable. Normally our back will hurt after sleeping in hotel beds but this one was good! Great location & nice views of the foothills. Front desk employees were all friendly.

It could have been cleaner & they didn’t provide daily cleanings. We had to exchange towels at the front desk.

The refrigerator wasn't clean.

I liked that it was by the interstate. I liked that you granted my request to have a late check out. The housekeeper asked me every day if my room was OK.

I didn’t like that the pool was not open.

The holes innthe first guestroom bathtub floor. The elevator buzzing in the 2nd guestroom waking me up at night whenever the elevator doors opened and closed.
