My husband and I are residents of Pueblo, but we reserved the room with the garden tub for a romantic birthday getaway. The room was great. It was clean and had everything we expected and more. The little kitchenette setup was a surprise and would have been helpful if we stayed an extra night. The shower was also a surprise, not the standard hotel shower, it was very roomy. The garden tub was an amazing feature, and we highly recommend it for a romantic stay. The market in the lobby for snacks and drinks was a nice touch. The hotel was quiet, and we spent a good hour alone in the pool/ hot tub. Being local residents, I was a little nervous about the location being right off highway 50, but the hotel is set back far enough that traffic and people were not a bother. We found the location to be convenient as we could easily travel to a nice restaurant for dinner and to the grocery store across the road for other needs. The staff were polite, and the room was reasonably priced. The hotel offered breakfast, which seemed standard and okay, but we opted to visit another local restaurant instead.

The only problem we ran into was our bed. The king-size bed in our room was very tall. I struggled a bit to climb into at 5'5. My husband struggled to get comfort in bed during the night, but I slept fine.

The property was great! The staff was not! Messed up my checking in and checking out! Manager was not communicating well with staff.. lots of confusion on what to do about the situation I was in because of them.. they gave me a complimentary room for my troubles but will never stay there again!

Clean.. good location.. felt safe..

Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The manager came and at first couldn't smell it. We were quickly upgraded to a suite just a couple of doors down. I don't know what would have happened if he had not finally been able to smell it, near the bathroom where they had tried to hide it with the vent fan. I could smell it in the whole room. Our suite was very nice-much larger, had a couch and kitchen area.

I didn't like that the maid apparently couldn't smell it, but perhaps I am particularly sensitive.

Was absolutely amazing. Rooms were so comfortable and welcoming. The bathtub was super spacious perfect water temperature. The pool was so amazing water was perfect temp. The jacuzzi was so relaxing. Staff was awsome, friendly and super helpful. Was just a great experience.

Only the fact the pool closed early on the weekend.

I loved how quiet my room was. I was on the back of the building and there was no noise at all from the interstate highway.

The breakfast was good the first day, but on the second day I arrived a little later and there was no waffle batter or any hot food in the steam table.

I’m not much for breakfast but I did have an apple. The service was great and very professional and friendly not to leave out very helpful. I would give you a 5 star rating easily. The location was perfect for me and my two dogs!

Pool and hot tub

Hot tub and pool can be cleaner ! water needs to be change out in pool and hot tub has funny smell also shower in pool area needs to be cleaned smells like pee and shower head needs to be fixed other than that it was good.

Staff excellent. Breakfast adequate, variety of healthy selections, nonsalt eggs coice (hard boiled option), good potatoes, fresh fruit, oatmeal, others.

Liked everything.

The Gentleman that was working the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I think his name was Louise. Great customer service and very helpful. He needs a raise for sure. Working the graveyard shift isn't always the best but he does it very well.

The water was cold we all had to take cold showers and it wasn't very pleasant
