La Quinta has always provided quality for moderate pricing. We stayed at this location twice this holiday. The first stay was without incidents or complications but the second stay we had a couple of hiccups that I addressed in my review of those dates. This first round was typical of what we are used to with La Quinta.

It wasn’t a situation of not liking it but we did find it odd that we were in this huge room that only contained a bed, nightstands, and dresser that the tv sat on. One whole side of the room was completely void of furniture. Would have been nice to have a chair or sofa and there was plenty of room for them - they just were not there. So any sitting happened on the bed. Sometimes you just want to sit in a chair to watch tv….or to put on your shoes…or to drape your clothes on. It was just odd that this huge room was so sparsely furnished.

Location is great and value as well! The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy.

The fridge would not work unless you started the microwave which did not make sense. The holders for the shower curtain was broken and therefore allowed water to splash out which caused a safety issue with a slippery floor? The tube was very slippery so I would recommend installing a nonslip pad for older people? Breakfast could definitely use some extra options!

The staff was attentive, friendly, as were some of the guests. Check-in and check-out were easy & seamless. I loved the free breakfast...had a lot of variety; & free Wi-Fi connection, even though I wasn't given any info on this. I discovered it quite by accident.

When I went to breakfast, the pancake maker wasn't working. I told the front desk staff & she came right over and discovered that it wasn't plugged in. So she plugged it in. She had to locate an outlet (on the very bottom shelf), got down on her hands & knees & finished the job. Thanks! On the 2nd breakfast day, the coffee pot was empty. Another staff immediately refilled the pot & apologized. Great service! Room was clean, cool & quiet, even though I had some thumps in the hallway. Could put more coffee, sugar & creamer in the room too. And coffee maker was not near an outlet. Had to move to the desk to get near an outlet. Overall, my stay was safe, clean, quiet.

room was clean and fresh. Most of the stuff was professional, nice and ready to resolve any issues! Also they made arrangements for us as we asked them when book.

Our first night was really tough for me because of the receptionist who talked super loud (on a speaker ) on his phone to someone in the middle of the night. He woke me up 2 times :at 1am and around 2.30am. I asked him to be more quiet, but he ignored it. All other stuff were super nice and respectful!

Breakfast was nice. The staff was Pleasant. The hotel was kept clean. I didn’t like that the room card stopped working daily.

I didn’t like that the room card stopped working daily because of that I was locked out my room for about 40 minutes. I sat in the reception area and waited for the front desk person to come back

Very nice and updated

No extra toilet paper in the bathroom. Also, we booked a king bed, since it was a weekend away from the kiddos but we got 2 queen beds. They said they "upgraded us at no charge" because they didn't have a king available. Well, we wanted a king. We only have a queen size at home. So I didn't understand that reasoning at all.

Located was close to my morning destination. plus the hotel staff in lobby check in and out were Amazing! However, when I went for breakfast the next morning It was 5 minutes away from end of complimentary breakfast & a lady cook (tall with accent) came out and told me - I’m already closing it! I said ok, we’re just going to get coffee and then maybe whatever is left out here - no worries I told her. I believe the lady morning manager up front heard me telling her & I was telling my elderly mom to not worry about it.

Big gap under the door & TV did not work even when night receptionist tried to assist.

We liked the eating area. Having hot food. The beds and pillows in rooms were comfy. The location and well lit parking area were good. Easy access to highway.

Ran out of breakfast food (needed bigger amounts). Some of the tiles in floors were loose. Wanted a light by bed to stay on by itself but it was connected to the big light by door?

All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Easy to find.

I did not like that when I went to breakfast all the tables were dirty. While there was a gentleman there taking out the trash, no one cleaned any of the tables after other visitors had eaten.

Convenient for the place I need to be.

There were spots that could have clean better in the room. They didn’t clean under the sofa-bed. Stained mildew drink under there. Wouldn’t have seen it if I didn’t use the bed.
