Very clean and tidy with good quality linens. Easy location to airport

Unfortunately there was no food available at the time we needed to get up.

Despite an unexpected influx of guests checking into the hotel due to a number of flight cancellations, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was close to the airport, but we ended up walking rather than wait 30+ for ground transport. Breakfast was included in the price and it was wonderful - plenty of hot and cold breakfast items on offer and enough seating for guests, even at peak times.

As noted, there was a large number of guests checking in at dinner time due to flight cancellation. This made the kitchen/bar very very busy and many food items were not available. We went to arrange the airport shuttle in the morning but with a charge of $12 per person, we didn't think this was reasonable for the short ride. We have both travelled the world and have never paid for shuttles to airport hotels - these have always been free. We booked an uber for 2 people at a cost of $11.

The location is good, not far from Mascot train station, few minutes to get to Central station. The room size was good, offering plenty of space to relax, and the bathroom was big enough to be comfortable. The room facilities were excellent, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast has limited options for vegetarian, one day only hash browns, oatmeal and orange are available. Additionally, the double bed had only one blanket, which I found inconvenient.

No-one at front door- I was directed to check-in on first floor by an unfriendly man. Also, I arrived at 10pm and was very hungry after a long flight - I was advised to place my order for food asap, which I did and was presented with what was supposed to be a toasted ham and cheese sandwich, which I’m sure was meant for the bin. The bread was extremely dry and hard, the ham also. Really, if the kitchen had run out of food or was closed, I’d have been happy enough with a packet of crisps, had u been given the option. But to not have an option was extremely disappointing, especially from an hotel of the calibre of Holiday Inn.

Very convenient, clean hotel with all expected facilities. Quiet and comfortable. The included breakfast is a bonus.

The in-room food ordering via QR code didn't work. After clicking the Payment button, a vague message stated "Oops. One item is not available", but it didn't state which item and my credit card was charged for items that I never received. When I checked with Reception, they advised that the kitchen had not received any order. However, my credit card status later changed from "Pending" to "Charged". I raised this several times with staff (in person and later on the phone), but I am still waiting for a response from the hotel and for my refund.

Enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable, adequately spacious rooms, and half the room without carpet so you could open your luggage on the tiled floor instead if you're scared of the prospect of bed bugs. The wifi was relatively fast and I could remotely work without issues. You can hear some plane buzzing noises from the airport, but nothing too loud because of good soundproofing. I barely heard any noise from other guests throughout my stay. The lighted bathroom mirror was a delight and great for doing makeup. The amenities provided included moisturising lotion which was welcome in the winter. The breakfast had more variety than expected for being a complimentary breakfast. The dishes don't change too much from day to day but that's fine.

Would have appreciated having bedroom slippers. Location-wise it's a bit weird if you're an international traveller. Uber costs about 18AUD to T1. Small gripe that I could not check-in early at all and was told to come back at the guaranteed check-in time. I did see, while having breakfast, other guests on other days getting to check-in at 9am.

The property is located near the Sydney airport. We arrived at Sydney airport late at night and needed an overnight stay close to the airport. The property has 24 hour reception. Our room was clean and the hotel provided an included buffet breakfast the following morning prior to check out. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel. On arrival, entry to the hotel wasn’t clear. We eventually found a button to press to be able to speak to reception on level one to gain entry into the building and access the lift to reception.

Location of hotel to airport is excellent and a short walk. The provision of breakfast was outstanding, and the breakfast was amazing, I did not expect that. The room was neat and tidy and the shower was excellent.

Having to go to the 1st floor to check in and this is also where people are eating and drinking right beside you. The room was very small for 2 people and the only seat in the room was very uncomfortable. In the morning, we went down to have breakfast, and the tables and floors were filthy. These had clearly not been cleaned from the night before. All tables were either dirty or covered in crumbs. Certainly not a great impression to start the day. Morning staff were completely ignorant and not so much as a hello or smile.

The breakfast is very good with plenty of variety. Front office staff very helpful with any requests quickly attended to.

The staff have a bit of an attitude problem. There is never enough dessert spoons for cereal so when asked all they could say was they are in the washer. Unhappily I must say . There was only one girl clearing the tables that did have a happy disposition. When leaving I went to ask for some ice for my friend who had sprained his ankle. The male attendant before I said anything turned and said “ What do you want” I chose not to speak to him and went directly to the kitchen doorway only to find more unhappy staff. Finally did get some ice.

Location was very close to our Car Hire depot (Enterprise) where we needed to return our vehicle following day. Rooms were very comfortable, modern & clean. I loved the airport checking theme of room. Layout of room was good. It was very convenient having our breakfast included. Very helpful car park staff person on ground floor.

Our hire car was a Kia Carnival so long, wide car - very tricky & squeezy driving in & turning in car park. There were only cms to spare! We needed to take it very slow & 3 point turns were required Thought staff at breakfast could organise our table for 5 of us (including 3 elderly parents) instead of us having to join tables, find chairs etc or tell us about area towards back for larger groups!
