We loved: the fridge, the water clise by, the mall attached with a fabulous grocery store & restaurants, the Friday & Saturday Buffet was spectacular beef, so tender chicken, pork, sushi, noodles, ice cream, cake decaf coffee, the staff were phenomenally friendly helpful without invading our space, the gym was clean and had 3 treadmills that worked perfectly, gym had eater towels weights elliptical. We asked for a second chair and it arrived quickly.

The pool wasn't our favorite!,!We prefer to have an outdoor pool in the sunshine. We voiced a concern about the kettle that didn't have an auto shut off. It was boiling hot to refile it after it boiled too long. We still used it and had lovely coffee every morning at 5 a.m.

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service experienced during my recent visit. The location is ideal, conveniently connected to Robinsons Mall. The staff members exhibited remarkable helpfulness and integrity throughout my stay. I would particularly like to extend my gratitude to Eric at the reception desk, whose assistance was invaluable in recovering my iPad. Additionally, I am grateful to the diligent housekeeper who found the iPad in my room. Their efforts made a significant difference in my experience, and I am truly thankful for their professionalism.

Always a go-to for us. Great value for money, location is also good.

Not a fan of the bathroom style where the toilet is separated from the shower. Also, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant told me that there was no booking in my name. I showed her the confirmation email and even the active booking on the app, but she said there really was no booking under my name. She didn’t even give me any sort of resolution. It took 10 minutes before she decided to look it up by the code and then found my booking. We were already dead tired and just wanted to rest. It was extremely inconvenient. They need to improve their systems and training.

Its a good hotel for what we needed, a comfortable place to stay. It is attached to the shopping mall, which gives many more options for food and recreation and is close to SM, another mall, which is also good. Its a quick 60 PHP grab raid, possible less on a bike, or you could walk for 10 mins. My other party really enjoyed the free water jugs at multiple places in the hotel. Other hotels didn't have this, and we had to buy extra water.

We had breakfast twice. The first time it was good and we really had no issues. The second time the dinning area was very hot and stagnant. Maybe a brown out? Im not one for the heat, so it was uncomfortable to say the least. The hot water was bit hit and miss. One time it took 5 minutes to get it, while the other time, it was fairly instant. Not sure what was going on.

The main reason we picked the Summit Hotel was its location being on the main road which made it easy for our tour transportation to pick us up & drop us back. There was also the convenience of having a mall and several restaurants downstairs from the hotel. Price was fair value for our accommodations. Just FYI, the manager on duty on 2/23, as well as the folks from security took excellent care of my wife during a sudden medical emergency. It was a big relief to have an RN nurse on hand. They seemed genuinely sincere when helping her.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 and 4 nights stay. Our room had the incorrect checkout date. The registration staff person fixed the issue the following day but then our room card-key had to be re-programmed 2 times before it worked properly.

the room rates are always increasing.... the bidet in our toilet wasnt working well toilet paper was very thin,,, and they gave only one piece, they didnt refill the cotton /ear buds--- what I'm saying its obvious they are scrimping on everything now,,,, It wasn't like that last year wen i stayed multiple times... pls to help tourism recover faster the hotels should not be greedy with rates,,, thats why are are left behind by vietnam and thailand... we are becoming greedy with our hotel rates!!!

- Location was good because it's right inside a shopping mall, meaning finding groceries or food is convenient even if you don't feel like going out too far - Room was comfortable and sufficient for our needs - From the hotel, it is easy to take a taxi or Grab to wherever you want to go

- Nothing much to dislike as generally everything met our needs, especially for my room, but my friend did find a cockroach in his room, and his door had problems closing properly, but I think the issue was resolved

Rooms big and clean, nice bathroom with good shower. Comfy big bed. Gym accessible at all times and good range of equipment. Didn’t use pool but it looked nice. Hotel staff were really helpful. Breakfast had a great selection.

The QR for room service didn’t work so we waited ages until we rang reception to find it hadn’t gone through but they did then quickly respond. Room service wasn’t 24hours - we stayed during Holy Week where a lot shuts down and after a long day out we returned back around 10pm and couldn’t order although we were able to use Grab.
