Nice hotel for family with kids. New hotel in quite good location (hotel not on the beach) Fast check-in and check-out. Still in reasonable price during long weekend. Nice beach bot need to walk or take shuttle service.

Facilities are in good condition except water presure which very very soft especailly during peak hour + difficult to adjust water temperature. In room no cloth hanger including balcony which not convenience after you came back from swiming pool or the beach. Only 1 keycard for each room. It should be 2 same as other hotels chains. No kid's club. The hotel should have more security or lifeguard at the pool with sliders. 1 is not enough. Not enough place or chair for guests to sit or lay on while waiting for their kids at the pool. Guests need to sit on the floor, on the stair or even under the tree without proper seating.

Great facilities….despite other people comments, beach was very easily accessible - good pool for kids and adults - good breakfast - great location for chilling - room had a very nice big bathtub which could be cut off from the rest of the room - new property so everything was very clean - staff was very helpful

It’s a bit far from Hua Hin city. But grab taxi app works fine. Easily available. However, if you can, get a car. Parking available at hotel and all over the city

It is a brand new hotel with exellent rooms, perfect breakfast and restaurant menu. The personel is absoulutely friendly. By now the price is good and I hope it will not rise in the future. If so I would like to come here again many times and to stay for long periods. There is a nice clean beach nearby and several really good restaurants.

All the Staffs are very nice and very helpful during busy periods... Special thanks to K. Sandy and K.Tak at the restaurant. They are very nice and very friendly to my little girl ( Vivi ) And K.Joe at the reception took care of my package. Many thanks

Not so many beach chairs

The hotel is only a few months old so still very clean and fresh. The breakfast was amazing even better than 5 star Bangkok hotels as it was hot and they had bacon. Extra large bath and pool towels. Great kids space in pool area and 500m from beach.

There are no other options for eating as nothing is close to the hotel.

Very nice hotel, very clean, perfect for children with very entertaining pools and a beautiful pool next to the beach. The breakfast and restaurant was really good.

the hotel was very full and there were not enough staff on duty making service quite slow. and corridors and common areas were not clean often.

Swimming pool is quite good for the family with many slider.

Not enough space or seat for the parent who need to wait and take care of the children that are in the swimming pool

The hotel is quite far from city. It is recommended to have a car. Swimming pool was superb. My kid was really enjoyed. The room size is so-so but clean. Breakfast was valuable.

Amazing hotel room, the most comfortable bed and sheets I’ve ever had in a hotel. Loved the pool and the beach pool was fantastic
