The location was excellent, with easy access to metro stations. A large Starbucks is located directly below the hotel. The room was cozy and had a view of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was decent — nothing luxurious, but great for a comfortable stay.

1. The towels did not seem very clean. 2. The hair dryer was not very effective and no combs were provided. Also, the plug on the hair dryer was awkward to use. 3. The window in the room was locked or possibly broken so it could not be opened. 4. The curtains in the room appeared old and "broken". 5. The bedding did not appear to be completely clean. The items provided did not smell fresh, giving the impression that they had not been properly washed or cared for. 6. Surprisingly, a Christian Bible from Gideons International was provided in both English and Korean. I wondered if this was part of a missionary outreach — just a thought! Other than that, all was well.

Really good price for a Marriott hotel. Walking to distance to train station, although quite far from main tourist spots. With airport bus stop right in front, and a lot of restaurant nearby.

Location was good. Train station is less than 10minutes walk away and Bus limousine is down the road.

Toilet and bathroom could be bigger. Difficult to open suitcase in the room as there was little space available.

Loved the customer service! Very smooth check in & out. The staff made sure I was comfortable during my stay & gave me a great location of my room. Great lift system, great security system. The daily house keeping was efficient. Rooms were so clean & comfy. Showers were great! Location was great, transport & essentials were so nearby! First time that the room looked exactly like its pictures! Really good!

Would have appreciated the kettle to be cleaner and would be great if there was room service but the location was great so thats fine!

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to almost everything. It's just a short walk from Yeongdeungpo Station (Line 1), making it super easy to travel anywhere in Seoul. Nearby, you'll find a Starbucks, a Seven Eleven, shopping malls, and a vibrant food and drinking alley. The beds were very comfortable, the cleaning staff were thorough and very kind, and the reception staff were both friendly and informative. Generally I had a great time and so highly recommended.

The room design was quite unusual—there was no door for the toilet area, meaning every sound from the toilet could be heard, which was awkward. Considering it’s a 4-star hotel, I also expected the toilet to be equipped with a bidet. Our room faced the train station, and it was quite noisy, especially starting early in the morning. However, to be fair, the staff did inform us about this during check-in. The shower door leaked, and I had to use a hotel towel to dry the floor. Additionally, there was no way to control the room’s AC. P.S. Most of these issues aren’t major complaints, but I’m mentioning them here as suggestions for improving customer experience.

We loved the neighborhood the hotel was located in. It was incredibly close to amazing street food, markets, the mall, and the train station. The beds were larger than anticipated and quite comfortable. We really appreciated the help from Duco, a guest agent, as we were checking out of the hotel. He is a great asset to the Fairfield by Marriott Seoul

The bathroom in the double room wasn’t its own space and the shower often leaked a bit and stayed wet for a long time.
