Check out was terrible ! receptionist said nothing to pay , then I reminded her that the day before my check out I had a meal and drinks at the lobby and signed which didn’t show in the system !, despite contacting the lobby staff they couldn’t find the bill ;although I gave them the time and items ordered, after waisting my time for 15 minutes she told me not to bother and my meal was complimentary , after I got into the car to go to the airport one of the hotel staff knocked on the window and had a bill and a credit card machine and demanded that I pay! which was very embarrassing in front of my colleagues who were waiting for me for a long time in the car and calling and texting me ,so I told the gentleman that the receptionist said it was ok to leave without the payment

It was really 5 star in all aspect , from customer service to cleanness & location ! I enjoyed my entire stay & definitely will stay there in. Y next visit! Staff were very much accommodating my needs!

You have fantastic restaurant IWA with so delicous food and staff! We really enjoyed the evening. All staff at the hotel are very nice. I want to mention a very kind man Kenzhu, who meets guests at the entrance, he was so helpful and nice to us.

you don't have indoor swimming pool and open terrase for smoking.

The service was late this time, I called three times to repeat what I want and I didn’t receive it until 3 hours later when I called again.

the staff was all very great. especially the concierge girl, i believe her name is Japar. very kind and considerate employees. we had a issue with a bad taxi driver and the hotel help us resolve it. the location of this hotel is perfect, center of town with mall attached. Roof too restaurant was incredible. also the view of the mountains was great

the shower is our in room was not the best. water pressure and temperature was only so-so. the room had an empty minibar/minifridge. And the pool was very nice looking but its was freezing cold water even though it was 35c outside.

I liked the location, the hotel itself and also the amenities. Very nice restaurants and also very nice roof top terrace with a view.

I've reached the hotel at 10 AM and the lady at the reception told me that if I want to check-in at that time I have to pay another 50% of the cost of 1 night. It's a 5 star hotel...

Breakfast was very nice with many varieties. Food was delicious and fresh. Drinks were fresh. Staff were excellent. they helped us a lot. room was clean, warm and well equipped. welcoming basket and tea-coffee set were real nice. hotel is in the middle of city attractions. the shopping mall is in the same building with the hotel. it is very convenient for shopping and dining. there are many nice restaurants around the hotel.

wonderful stay. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Rooftop restaurant had a lovely view and good food. Plenty of space for meeting and gathering. We loved our stay - perfect for work or holiday.

I wanted to tip everyone, but there isn't a good way to do that by credit cards. By the time I figured it out it was a little late.
