The hotel and garden is charming. Breakfast is delicious, with a nice variety of well-prepared options. The manager is incredibly kind – he goes out of his way to make the stay enjoyable, but unfortunately, some things are beyond his control.

There is a house under construction next door, which causes a fair amount of noise during the day. Additionally, dogs bark throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room, while comfortable, lacks sufficient lighting, which can be inconvenient. The only moment of peace is between 6 and 7 am when you can enjoy birds. Another thing to note is that at 7 AM, as soon as breakfast opens, groups of non-hotel guests (mostly Asian) arrive, which can feel a bit overwhelming and disturb the peaceful atmosphere. That said, despite these minor inconveniences, the place remains beautiful, and the warm, welcoming staff make for an overall positive experience.

This is a very nice small (boutique?) hotel located in a quiet part of the Pakse township. The property has a good colonial-style ambience, and is reasonably well maintained. All the staff members are very cordial and ready to help whenever needed. The property owner is a kind and gentle lady who provides excellent information about travels around Southern Laos, and is able to organise transportation for her guests both within Pakse as well as to other destinations beyond.

The hotel's WIFI is almost usable in the morning and early evening when the other guests are crowding the bandwidth. At other times after the other guests have left for their excursions or are asleep, it is OK.

If you look for a home away from home, this is THE PLACE! It is gorgeous and the staff makes you feel part of the family helping you in any way you need We were travelling with my wife and 2 daughters and had a wonderful time The hotel is great with large rooms, excellent beds and all amenities including a charming swimming pool, good breakfast when you can order anything you want They helped us with trips to the waterfalls, the 4000 islands and war Phu but also recommending best restaurants in town It was a dream that I highly recommend to anyone

If you don t expect a luxury 4* hotel, it is ok. Staff is really nice and helpful, and the hotelbus takes you where you want to go at 7 pm. Breakfast is good: eggs, ham, sausage, fresh fruit, marmelade and good coffee. Good beds too.

No coffee facilities in the room. The hotel is not 600 m from the bus station as described on booking, it is approx 4 km to the busstation and the city. Tuktuk is 80000 Kip.

Couldn't have hoped for a warmer reception from Noi and her team, all were friendly and attentive from the outset. Huge clean room and great service from housekeeping. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast, top marks to the cook as fried eggs were perfect👌The evening shuttle bus to the centre was a bonus and opened options to more eateries. I messed my itinerary up but Noi stepped in and saved the day even keeping me in the same room for an extra night. Thanks to all.

The coffee machine (joke) 🙂 I recommend a new one and I'm sure staff productivity will increase 50% as the old one needs constant nursing😖

Lovely relaxing hotel - with friendly and very welcoming staff. Helped with any requests ( eg : provision of kettle, travel arrangements ). The room was very clean and spacious. Good nights sleep. Pool was most welcome to cool down. The evening shuttle to restaurants worked well. Recommend visiting nearby Talat Dao Huang market.

We stayed twice. On first occasion breakfast was quite frustrating - simply getting a tea or coffee was slow and challenging. Simply could not cope with several people arriving at same time ! On second visit all was fine - with manager in charge.

Beautiful hotel and the loveliest owner, she went above and beyond to help us. We arrived at around 8:30am as we took the sleeper bus the night before, she kindly asked the cleaners to clean our room first so we could check in early as luckily the previous people had checked out early too. Everything was super smooth and everyone was so friendly. Shuttle bus into the centre was a great extra, although we didn’t use it as we hired a scooter which was dropped off and picked up from the hotel.

Door nets could do with updating as a huge insect managed to make its way through the top of the wooden door and got caught between the door and net, it then managed to get through the bottom of the net and into the room.

This place is run by one of the most hospitality friendly guy we ever met, his name is Wadu.....and he takes care of everything. You can ask him every question you have and he sort it out for you. The hotel is very clean and has a nice pool to cool of after a hot day. Also you can pay with several cards and need no piles of cash for you stay. The only minor thing is that the location is a bit far from the center but every evening they provide a free ride to the center and back to the hotel. We can stronly reconmend this place in Pakse.

The garden (as in Le Jardin) is a welcome retreat in the big city of Pakse. A free shuttle service to a place/restaurant of your choice in the evening, but the location itself has a number of options in walking distance as well. Be it for food, sightseeing (central market/mekong/bridge), food, or shopping necessities (incl. a huge supermarket around the corner). Staff was friendly and helpful, sure Noi is the heart, soul, and brain of the place. Very kind, very well organised. Tours and transportation can be organised reliably, but are not sold offensively as in other places sometimes. Good stay in Pakse, can recommend

You will be in a very quiet neighborhood, 5-10min walk to a mall or a supermarket. Walking downtown will take you 30min but it's a great experience. At night time the hotel offers a free shuttle downtown so you can go for dinner and they will pick you up again (leave at 7pm, get back at 9pm). The room was good, but a bit dark, just a small window with shutters. The airco was set to power-ranger-mode apparently, I got a bit sick (after already 3 weeks in South-East-Asia), but well, just saying. The pool was a good place to relax, as you are quickly done with seeing everything in Pakse. Staff was really enjoyably friendly like it is custom in the whole area and neighboring countries. You can also do your laundry for like $2 within a day. All in all a good experience to relax a bit during your busy SEA trip hopping from one place to another.
