Great location, big and comfortable room, good breakfast. Parking.

No sound proof at all. You basically can hear every word people are talking in the next room and in the corridor.

Excellent spacious room with a superb and spacious attached bathroom. Even better, it was a heated drying rack for clothes in the bathroom, so you can safely be out and about in the rain. Everything will dry up. (September before central heating has come on). Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent WiFi which really worked everywhere. Friendly staff who spoke English. The excellent restaurant has 3 different sitting areas, inside, outside and half outside. Excellent location set back from the main pedestrian street and just 350m from the bus station.

It was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at Jēkaba sēta in Kuldiga and had a wonderful experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay with well-maintained rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast each morning, which featured a variety of tasty options. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're visiting Kuldiga, I highly recommend Jēkaba sēta for a good stay and a delightful breakfast.

I was disappointed with the massage service. It was advertised as a full body massage lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes, but it barely lasted 50 minutes. To make matters worse, the massage did not include my shoulders and neck at all, despite being marketed as a full body experience. This lack of attention to detail and the misleading information significantly detracted from my overall experience

Everything was great :) ➕ Location: in the middle of city, close to the majority of touristic attractions (Ventas rumba, old city, bridge) + walking distance from bus stop, shops and restaurants. ➕ Room: clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, good sound proofing, TV with local channels, light covering curtains. ➕ Bathroom: clean, private, provided soap/gel shower(not a good one, but still), 4 towels ➕ Staff: friendly and professional. Compliments: candies with hotel logo (tasty caramel) Highly recommended :)

No kettle in the room (in the evening, sometimes, you want to drink some tea)

The welcome was friendly and welcoming, although it probably helped that my wife is Latvian, so could speak directly to the Receptionist in her own language. The lady also noticed that I was limping, so she automatically changed our room to a ground floor room. Check-in was easy, and accepted that my plans had changed to a 2 night stay instead of 3 nights. The Breakfast was exceedingly good with local and European choices available. Although at check out, I was somewhat surprised to be charged as I thought my breakfast was free, so an extra 36 Euros was charged, a cost I hadn't really planned for. It should have been 48 Euros, but I had been unwell on the first night and didn't have breakfast. I did question the charge and told that it was the norm. The breakfast cost was 12 Euro's per person. We didn't eat in their restaurant, this time, although we have eaten there on a previous time when we were in Kuldiga, and the food was excellent! The location was superb, very central to the Town of Kuldiga. 0 yards from the town centre. There was adequate parking once you found the way to the back of the Hotel. It was not easy, as there weren't any signs specific to the Hotel. We will definitely stay again.

To be honest, there wasn't really anything that I didn't like, except for being charged for breakfast. Although I didn't use the Sauna, there was one. Plus, in the hotel description, Booking. com state that there is a pool. There isn't. There is a 'Splash Pool' attached to the Sauna.

Extremely nice staff able to communicate in good english (given I didn't speak Latvian). Car parking for clients provided. Breakfast was quite varied, and the room comfortable for the price. Location was good and very close to all the main places in Kuldiga.

I stayed during one of the hottest days and we didn't have AC, but given the price and the country, I believe that is ok. TV only seemed to have one (lithuanian?) channel available.

We loved the room, location was perfect and staff was really nice. We would no doubt stay there again and we will recommend it to our friends and family

The breakfast was a bit expensive and we paid an extra for the coffee from the machine which is ok but it was too milky for us, not enough of expresso for a perfect taste. We would no doubt stay there again but I think the next time we wouldn't go for a breakfast there, but only because we love a good barista coffee.

Small, in the old building, a little bit out of the center. Very nice - to see one of those old wooden houses inside. The room was spacious, with all comfort needed. The bathroom was heated.

We are traveling with our small dog and always inform about it the property whlie booking. But this time it was not read by a hotel team apparently and during the check in it was confusing for us. Fortunately they could clear it and we could stay with our dog for 10 E.

Modern hotel in a beautiful building right at the corner of the main street. Free parking. Clean, warm.

Breakfast at 9.10am is partly eaten and not being added missing products. Soundproofing in rooms at the attic 3rd floor is bad, everything is heard from the room nearby, also their steps on the floor are heard, floor creaks when they walk.

We’ve loved all about this place! Personnel was super kind, friendly and forthcoming to us, because we were with our lovely cat! Room and bathroom were clean, modern, nice view on the courtyard, good enough breakfast for that price. We appreciated that indeed and thank once again to your hospitality!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like there.
