It was a great stay in aleph hotel the whole staff is very friendly especially etien and elie the breakfast is good with a great view to the beach and citadel .Short walk to Souks and restaurants takes 2 minutes .

I was very impressed by the attention to details inside the room, it exceeded my expectations. After I left, they called me directly to remind me about my bowerbank that I forget, the customer service is second to none, and the staff are friendly and highly skilled. The view is so mesmerizing, and the room is cozy. I talked to my friends after that, and they told me that they always provide amazing service.

Nothing, everything was perfect

All of the staff are outstanding: accommodating, warm, helpful and professional. The seaview looking out over the ruins from the 4th floor breakfast room is breath-taking. The location is ideal for accessing the beach and main souk area. The room (3rd floor) had plenty of space, big shower and even a bedroom view over the ruins! We greatly appreciated the front desk greetings each morning and evening, and the stellar service from the breakfast guys. The reliable AC was terrific on the hot afternoons.

There were a few room issues at check-in which were quickly corrected by the front desk (they moved us to a room across the hall which solved all problems immediately).

the staff are extremely professional and welcoming made sure we had a great experience every step of the way, went beyond to assist us with any queries related to the area and transportation,etc Ettiane, eddie and everyone else were amazing the location is amazing in the heart of byblos and everything is walking distance from the hotel, breakfast was delicious overall was a good experience 100% recommend it and will be going there again

i would suggest for the extra staff to make knowledge of the hotel details at the first meeting. like, tell the visitors that they can order this and that over this phone number. for example, I didn't know that we could order omelets at breakfast no one told us. we have eaten what was in front of us on the buffet

Honestly, this was by far the best hotel experience for me in Lebanon, and let’s not only talk about the mesmerizing view from the room, the breakfast area and the rooftop, but every single experience was a 10 at Aleph. Breakfast had this Lebanese generosity and variety, and let’s not forget how delicious it was. The check-in was smoother than butter, service staff was smiley and friendly, the room was cozy and clean. Definitely will be back whenever i have the chance. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Huge smile on their faces always willing to assist. The location is convenient. The rooms are well cleaned.

Breakfast is good. It has the basics. I would suggest additional dishes such as beans, sausages, hashbrowns, etc.

The room presentation and layout was very nice. The lighting and the bedding was decent. The view from the top breakfast place was amazing. The best thing about this hotel was the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. I still remember Michele as he gave us a lot of advice for the places to go and things to do.

The bedding was really nice and fancy but it was starting to get old (still new but starting to age and this was noticeable). I didnt like the bathroom cupboards as they were also oldish. Besides those small things it was a good stay.

Our stay at Aleph Boutique Hotel was nice. The receptionist was so nice he immediately swapped our room due to the new paint smell. The room was comfortable, and the facility was clean.

We were expecting a buffet for breakfast. We weren't offered an omelet until we overheard other people asking for it.
