Not only did he tirelessly coordinate with the airport to track down and deliver my lost luggage promptly, but he also took it upon himself to make restaurant reservations and arrange transportation, ensuring that my trip proceeded smoothly despite the initial setback. We had a memorable stay, the staff was professional and welcoming and the room was very well equipped .

The staff were really amazing, especially Bilal and Carole. They were really helpful and made our stay easier. The location is very nice and close to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

The safe in the room was not working and the electricity situation is not the best but it works.

Safe and quiet neighbourhood. I arrived very early and the staff managed to clean and prepare a room and let me check in 4 hours before the official check in time so I could shower and rest, at no extra charge. My booking was for 5 nights, but late on the first night, I had to leave due to a family emergency. Again, the staff and hotel administration were very helpful and accommodating, and only charged me for 1 night without any penalty. I am truly grateful. The room is very clean, bed is comfortable, no electricity cut, and the wifi speed is fast.

The staff were so amazing and very helpful. Location with a car is exactly in the middle so traveling to the north easier and traveling to City is easy too.

You couldn’t walk directly to shops and with the lack of electricity at night the streets are harder to navigate with the walk is long

Everything was amazing. We did had an issue with our first room as the hot water would go off after just a few minutes in the shower, the owner upgraded our room free of charge and the water was perfect. All the staff were lovely and made me feel so welcome. The housekeeping team were also brilliant and cleaned our room every day and made sure everything was stocked up for us. 24/7 electricity too which is great considering what the country is going through at the moment. Thank you to all the staff at Hayali, me and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. :)

Amazingly locatedin the heart of Sarba, Kasslik, Southern edge of the Beautiful Jouneih bay. Old town Jouneih is a walking distance. So is USEC, Couvent Saint Sauveur and St Georges Cathedral (all within 2-3 mins walk) Local amenities with everything available: Elia Marke (Ask for Pierre بي الكلّ) BBM Taxis (Ask for either Elio or Charbel they ll help with any journey regardless how how far, very reasonably priced), Fadi Carneria/Buthcher (Has a very lovely fresh and frozen produced Inc sausages and sujjuk) and obviously Sassin the owner of the phone shop across the road from the hotel (will help with anything from sim cards to exchange rates advise) Very friendly (staff): George, Alex, Bilal and Charbel are more than happy to help with anything from scanning, printing to recommendations and advise on travel and exchange. Water available to by at reception 24/7 as you do NOT drink tab water in Lebanon. (Facilities): are at the expected level bearing in mind you can do anything in this sweeets as if you are at home from cooking to Laundry. A reasonably sized gym on the top floor. A fully equipped experienced maintenance team (Asaad and Ismael will fix anything Patrick messed up)

Nothing. If you have any complaints please speak up. The owner himself made sure one of my complaints was sorted promptly. This is a well managed property against all odds in very turbulent country.

As soon as we were met at reception for our check in we had amazing customer service by Bilal. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, recommended restaurants, organised taxis for us and even coffees and beverages. Our room was cleaned perfectly and the air conditioning in the room was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!
