Very welcoming family run hotel. All the staff were wonderful. We stayed in the apartment which was spotlessly clean and right next to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There was a variety on offer including meats and cheeses, cereals, pancakes, fruit and other goods. The restaurant serves good, local and hearty food. The hot tub was an added bonus after a day in the mountains as were the swimming pool, steam room and sauna. The hotel is right next to the chair lift.

Nothing we didn’t like. Two slight improvements would be the air con right outside the apartment can be noisy if you are a light sleeper and the shower cubicle would be better if the screen went to the ceiling (the bathroom got wet when showering). However, we would definitely stay again. It’s a lovely place.

This is a lovely hotel in rural Liechtenstein, at the base of a ski hill. The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and there are spa facilities for those who are interested. Don't pass up the restaurant -- the dinner menu is fantastic, and breakfast (included) has lots of variety and excellent food, as well. Such a relaxing spot -- we wish we could have stayed longer!

There is nothing I didn't like, but people who book should know that this hotel is located about 25-30 minutes outside of Vaduz, up a narrow and windy mountain road. A beautiful drive! But if you're driving yourself (there is also a bus that goes up there, as an alternative), take care, especially if there are challenging weather conditions.

- Room is basic for the prices paid - definitely needs more practical amenities such as a kettle and coffee machine, bottle opener, more towels, more pillows, etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant, although expensive, was good. We enjoyed the pool. The kid's area looked nice, although we didn't make use of it, it's a great plus for longer stays.

There was a lack of parking, even after I was promised a spot in front in advance. We had to park in the middle of the road and keep moving our vehicle, which wasn't ideal. The rooms need an update, especially the carpets. The restaurant shouldn't charge money for tap water, especially when we're paying for other drinks and expensive meals.

Beautiful updated hotel in an amazing location. The staff were amazing - welcoming and helpful - especially Sarah who seemed to be everywhere and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable. Great location for exploring the area. Numerous hiking trails start just outside the door or go next door to the chair lift and start from the ridge. Facilities look well set up for winter sports too. Great spa facilities. Very nice rooms with modern amenities including elevator. Didn’t have the kids with us but the kids facilities looked great. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Really the best part of our trip. I wish we had planned longer here.

Accommodation far surpassed expectations, very high standard of room provision including welcome pack and fresh fruit on room. Bathroom facility spacious with his her basin and double shower facility. An Alpine ski hotel positioned immediately by a ski lift operated throughout the year for walkers and skiers alike.

This is a great hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are large enough and clean. The facilities were an added bonus, pool, sauna, steam room & hot tub .The restaurant was excellent, and I can't really complain about anything all surrounded by beautiful scenery all a long way from home, but I plan to return soon.

There's nothing to really not like ,if there is anything, the room could be a little smaller to give the bathroom a little more .That was just our room. Others may be different.

Wonderful staff and delicious dinner and breakfast. Our waitress, Eva, was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and it was such a nice touch to offer fresh fruit and complimentary robes during our stay. My wife accidentally left a necklace in our room and they contacted us immediately after we left to return it to us. We would love to make a return visit and would highly recommend.

I definitely need to highlight the hotel restaurant. In my opinion, this one is the best in Malbun, however rather expensive. I appreciate an option with connected family rooms and bunk bed. We also saw sheeps from the window! My kids were charmed and really loved it.

There are only few parking spaces around. It's not enough for all guests in case the hotel is fully booked.

This is a wonderfully pleasant hotel. Don't look at 3+ stars sign - it offers so much more. Our 2 family rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The beds and pillows were super comfy. We also enjoyed our time in the indoor swimming pool. The breakfast choice is very good and the quality of food is great. We also had our dinner at the hotel restaurant which was lovely. And Daniil provided a perfect service. We were served a dinner menu with 4 courses and 2-3 options per course. And the hotel location is unbeatable - 50m from the Sareis chairlift.

There was a slight mix up with the rooms. The larger family room was set for 1 person, while the smaller one - for 3. But we sorted this out ourselves.
