Location is perfect. Spacios comfie rooms. Comfortable parking. Good value for money.

Breakfast is very bad. Poor choise, no possibility to order aditional items from the bar. (Fresh juicy) Half of the food ended half an hour before the end of the breakfast, and personel when asked to top up srembled eggs, replied in a very upleasant maner that the kitchen wont be able to make it anymore. So pretty much 2/3 of the guest have to satisty with the left overs for brekfast. Overall staff is quit lost and not very profesional or welcoming. Used to stay at this hotel few times before, and this time was deffinitelly a disapointment. Hope you will work on that and restore the former glory of this nice hotel.

Exceptional central place in Old Town. The old building - always being the hotel- has its aura. It is solidly repaired. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom.

There can be more shelves in the bathroom and more furniture in the room would be an advantage. There is enough space for them, empty space isn't all that useful. The extra-small table TV looks like a joke for the 4* hotel. There is enough space on the walls for the larger set, nowadays, they cost a bargain. The room's walls are soundproof, unfortunately, the door isn't. One can hear every small noise from the corridor.

The hotel location was amazing - right in the middle and easy to walk everywhere. I liked the charm of the hotel and felt you took a trip to the past. The breakfast had many options and the coffee was fantastic. We were in a suite so had two spaces to work from which was helpful. The aircon also worked great!

Booked the suite for more space and a nice bathroom with tub - but turns out there wasnt actually a shower so you had to stand in an open tub and use one hand to hold the nozzle over your head. Lots of splashing and it wasn't comfortable. The toilet also faced the tub so there was no privacy.

Excellent location near the old city and the old ferry terminal. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were only adequate.

Hotel misrepresented the availability of parking for a reasonable price at a nearby lot. There was no parking available except on the street or at a city lot at a high cost. Staff was only nominally helpful -- reluctant to provide coins for the coins-only parking meter and failed to provide guidance to least costly parking in the area. Irritating.

We have stayed for 2 nights and really liked Hotel location and interior. Restaurant was marvelous and staff exceeded our expectations. It was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed it a lot. Will definitely give it a try next time.

Due to some reason we had troubles with electricity during our stay. First night several sockets, Jacuzzi, fridge, and heated floor in the bathroom stopped working and there was no technical staff available to fix it during the whole weekend. That was kinda disappointing for the Royal Suite.

it is my second visit to National hotel. Hotel that is at the very center of Klaipėda. Staff was helpfull and nice. Whatever we asked, they were able to answer and explain. Room: one at third floor with really big step to enter (and friendly note: Mind the step). Everything was good and nice, as we expected. Sometimes sound isolation seemed not so perfect, but this was really minor thing. Breakfast is an example of what breakfast at 4* hotel should look like. in short - I enjoyed everything and if possible, will return next time.

I liked everything. There were minor details: some repairs going on outside of hotel (hence - noise), but this is not hotel's fault. In our room, one little detail seemed to be misplaced. And then, sound isolation sometimes seemed not to work.

Great breakfast. Buffet style with nice variety. The room was spotlessly clean. The restaurant and bar downstairs was convenient and the chef was worthy of the title. Great cuts of meat and the chocolate cheesecake was out of this world! Service was with a smile. Friendly and helpful staff.

The WiFi on the 4th floor was weak, but probably because the building was solid! Beautiful 19th century architecture is sometimes unkind to WiFi. But a minor issue.

Kind and helpful personnel. Tasty breakfast. Hotel well located in the heart of the town, close to the ferry and many bars and restaurants. Nice room decoration. Good restaurant on site.

We stayed 2 nights in the royal suite and one night in the business room. While we loved how spacious and cozy the suite felt, it was lacking a bit in cleanliness. The bed sheets and towels were perfectly clean (which is what really counts to me), it was just a bit dusty, with a spiderweb here and there. It was maybe not used for a couple of days before we came but a small "refresh" would have helped. Still, we'd recommend the hotel.

The National Hotel in Klaipeda is a fantastic place to stay! It’s right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore nearby sights and enjoy the Old Town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was really good, with lots of tasty choices to start the day. I didn’t have any problems during my stay, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Location of the hotel is really perfect, everything is reachable by foot. Our room was very nice. The big window in the bathroom made an added value. Small friedge was also very useful. Good breakfast sartisfied different preferences. The hotel has good soundproof level inside.

There are streets renovation works around - this is of course not the hotel's fault, but take into account that you could be waked up my a huge noize from the street at about 7:45 in the morning.
