The apartment was great—family-friendly, with plenty of space, and exceptionally clean. The terrace was nice for spending evenings. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the sea, with a lovely pine tree forest nearby. It's also very close to the main street of Šventoji, where you can find all the main restaurants and activities for children.

The only downside was the paid parking (15 euros) by the facility. They did offer free parking 700 meters away, which was okay.

Clean and full furnished rooms , we had everything what we needed realy good . Administrator very helpful. Staff friendly . Strong recomend and is worth money for what you pay ! ! ! Definitely we will come back

We had 3.10 Need to repair balkony door as not working properly and in shower room extractor making strange noise looks like soon broken will be also kettle not from firs time you can switch on be nice to replace

Amazing place close to the beach. Friendly staff and great clean rooms. Close to city center Very close to the river if you like fishing.

Parking fee could be cheaper. Can't change temperature on AC. It is always set to 21 and is turned on only in the afternoon. TV options very limited and no Netflix or YouTube to entertain kids.

It's the best place I have ever been. Comfortable rooms, close to the beach, fresh air, very clean and convenient. Very good place for a holiday with kids. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. I definitely recommend Laguna to stay for a holiday . I am planning to come again next year 😉

Hotel restaurant staff and food were outstanding. The location is great - right by the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Only one thing - towels could be changed more often. It was changed once during 8 night stay. Or at least give 2 towels for each guest.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. So laid back atmosphere, relaxing restaurant, outside terrace, cleanliness is top score, staff so friendly, warm and caring. Never would choose other hotel.

Only room doors were not thick enough:)in morning, could be heard someone's conversation in detail.

it is perfectly located by the sea, a forest and a soon to be finished harbor. comfortable and reasonably spacious rooms with quality furnishing. all meals can be enjoyed at their restaurant - tasty and reasonably priced. kids playground. very friendly and helpful staff.

rather poor sound isolation in the rooms - could hear neighbors pushing chairs back and forth all the time. I hope some carpets under them could solve this issue in the future. parking of the guests cars takes up the majority of the inner yard, which should be used, in my opinion, for recreation and relaxation and pleasant views. many apartments now have a view of a parking lot.

Location is perfect, the closest possible to the sea coast. Staff extremely friendly. Overall facilities are high level, in the kitchen there were almost everything, everything is new and good looking, overall the idea of apart-hotel is perfect, really liked that there were 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Close to the city center, supermarkets. Some were writing previously that sound isolation is bad-at least in out building it was good, no noises around. There is no nudist beach as booking or google says, but there is perfect beach for families with small kids, as there is not deep sea.

We stayed Mon-Fri, during that period there was no cleaning, no towel or linen change. In the kitchen was washing liquid, but no sponge, but went to the closest shop and bought few ones. Overall was a little bit surprised that it is really not the cheapest apart-hotel, but on the things like trash bags, shampoo, toilet paper hotel really tried to make savings as it is seen from the quality.

The location is perfect to enjoy the seaside. The staff of the restaurant was really kind and friendly.

Parking is pretty expensive, and it was unpleasant to be called over the phone by the reception and pushed to remove the car on the day of check out. especially because at that moment I was having lunch in their restaurant.
