Perfect Hotel in good location with free parking available at site. Staff was very professional upon check-in. Room is very warm and cozy with nostalgic table from centuries before. Shower features heated floor with large, easy to read control panel on a wall. Selection of a Hot meal plate should be ordered a day before such as full English breakfast consisting of two-colored red beans in BBQ sauce served in separate little bowl, two fried eggs sunny side up, number of tasty fried sausages and fried bacon. Selection of cold meals such as veggies, cuts of meats and bread is also available.

Floor in the shower was little slippery. Other than that, all was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location of this hotel is perfect - it's between two parks and everything was whithin walking distance. The room was clean and cozy, with a calming view of the park through the windows. The room had everything you could need during your stay. There was also a smart TV with Youtube, Netflix and other apps which is great when staying with a child. Our daughter loved the leisure room where we had fun during our free time. It has billiard and table football tables, darts. The hotel also has a small spa with sauna and jacuzzi, which was included in the price. Breakfast was delicious and it was great that free coffee or snack is available at the hotel bar at any time. All in all, we had a great stay at this hotel and I would definitely choose it again.

Some of the equipment in the leisure room is quite worn or broken. As the hotel continues to maintain a high standard, it would be nice to update it every once in a while.

Hotel is freshly renovated, modern and cozy. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast variety was incredible, you pre-order a hot meal and still get access to a buffet which was a nice surprise! Rooms are spacious and very well lit. Highly appreciated! Great location by the central park, plenty of free parking spaces. A goodie bag in the bathroom.

Towels could be changed daily or a reminder how ofter these are changed could also be helpful. Not a major flaw, but something to consider for the future. Other than that - absolutely no other issues!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, the room was immaculately clean, bright, and elegantly decorated. The breakfast spread was divine, offering a wide variety of delicacies and the option to order a customized hot dish. The attention to detail with toiletry baskets, robes, and Crocs was a pleasant surprise. The amenities such as a good hairdryer, free water and drinks in the room, and the option to use a small refrigerator added to the comfort of my stay. The hotel's proximity to the main pedestrian street, a lovely park, and nearby shops made the location even more appealing. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was very comfortable and beautiful, and we really appreciated all the « accessories » in the room (diffuser for hair dryer, pads, cottons, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The location is also very beautiful, next to a park, and quiet.

The floor of the shower was very slippery. Moreover, we were not aware we had to chose a breakfast from a menu when arriving and it was a bit confusing at first, especially since we also didn’t understand there was a small nugget. More clarity on that would have been great :)

I appreciated th great and friendly staff, quiet location with the park outside the window, clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast. I liked the freshness of the rooms, especially the bathroom condition.

The enrance stairs are very steep and with heavier luggage you have to struggle to carry it to the entrance and then to your room as there is no elevator. There is noone to help. The car park has very limited space. If the hotel is fully booked, you will have no place to park your car.

Nice hotel for small city, located in quiet area with park next to it. Quick and pleasant check-in. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was nice, comfortable and with all necessities needed including smart TV which is nice feature to have for watching streaming services after long day on feet. There is game room in the basement with great pool table, pinball arcade and table football which is extra nice thing for couples and families with kids. Breakfast was also very generous for this price category hotel. Appreciated parking in front of hotel, very safe from many aspects.

Very friendly staff, always smiling and helpful. Room was modern and spotlessly clean, WiFi was excellent, ridiculous number of TV channels, I couldn't even get through them all, there seemed to be more than 100. Shower was fantastic, toiletries were high quality and lovely. I checked in after 3am and it wasn't a problem at all.

Aircon couldn't seem to cool the room to a temperature comfortable to sleep in

Beautiful hotel with big rooms! Was so close to shopping and restaurants. The lady at the front desk gave us a recommendation for dinner and it was possibly the best meal of my life. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was top notch.

The only thing was not being able to control the thermostat, but the temperature ended up being perfect so it wasn’t a big deal.

Friendly staff. Arrived a few hours before check in to drop my bags off - while I couldn't get in my room, I was allowed to complete the check in process ready, and my bags were taken to the room for me later! Bar was nice and has a small balcony with a great view! Rooms were amazing - clean, comfortable and overall better than I expected. Good selection for breakfast too!

The hotel is a little bit further outside the main street, bars and restaurants than I expected.
