Location is strategic and walking distance from pasar malam. The room is really spacious. We can solat jemaah as a family. Our room is clean. No check out needed (return key). Just inform the staff tru wasap and you are ready to leave as the room use digital door lock.

For my room, Bathroom lamp is quite dark, lamp in front of the bathroom was blinking all the time need to shut down which made it less light in that area. No staff to guide during check in as they use self check in system. But anything just wasap the invisible staff they will help a bit.

Very easy self checkin and checkout, they will provide the link to you through message in booking.com, just fill in and in a few second u will get your room number through whatsapp. Booked for 1 night, very convenient for family. The room very big! There are so many food stall near hotel, also pasar malam (open every night i think). No free parking, there is basement parking (RM8.80 perday). Good staff👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 just whatsapp them if any problem.

The room is actually very spacious I really love it, you can fit more than 4-6 people and the bathroom is clean, it doesn't have mold or smell that you usually find in the hotel bathroom. It also has a dining table and small kitchen for your convenience. The door doesn't use a key card, they use a code or pin for the door, just like the one you see in Korean drama.

I really hope they put a bigger sign for guests to check-in because I almost check-in into a different hotel. Also they don't have a counter, it's all using tablet and QR, very convenient for us youngsters but not for those who have less IT knowledge. I think they should make a video tutorial to avoid confusion.

The location is excellent. We are upgraded to 2 bedroom suite at Room 602 so nothing to complaint about the facilities and also the suite. Everything is remarkable and exceed our expectation. Separate toilet and bathroom makes it easier for our family share the suite. Bed, pillow, sofa are all comfy and clean. Other facilities such as iron, iron board and praying mat had been supply in the room.

The TV with limited station. Only 3 available. The kitchen need to be restored with more utensil such as plate and cutleries.

I like the simple design of the room where it consists of toilet, coffee table, tv and mini pantry. It was worth of money to stay for travelling or business because it was surrounded by lots of amenities and facilities such as hospitals, eatery, road stalls etc.

Constant checking and cleaning of the wardrobe as number of hangers provided are less and would not be enough. Plus sometimes get to notice wood debris and used plastic bags underneath the drawer. The toilet paper provided is very thin and hoping for a better quality toilet paper. The door to exit for smoking should has lock installed to avoid theft. The wifi can be improved as it was very poor and unstable.

Easy check in & check out (share your arrival time because owner will pm the instruction near arrival time) Check in using kiosk inside the building, enter booking number & phone number for room passcode (keyless room). Good view. Iron, heater, sejadah, & hair dryer provided. Easy to get Grab. Restaurants nearby within walking distance. Great experience. Might come again.

The sink in kitchen seems clogged. Faucet inside bathroom needs to be twisted a bit hard. Wish there was small fridge, and knife or scissors at the kitchen.

Please improve the cleanliness of the room

Wow..what a good experience in terms of booking a virtual hotel ( i must say ) because we need to check in by ourselves using a self service kiosk (no human interaction at all). The check-in process are smooth and keyless wothout need to worry to bring key/pass card when we go outside. However, need to know their room passcode. Besides, the cleanliness of the room is impressive and comfortable for me with young kids. Location are strategic enough, near to Bangi Gateway, Hospital An-Nur, opposite with nice restaurant that offer a variety of food and on the night, near to stall likes Uptown in KL. Recommended to stay on this place

Just no breakfast offering but its ok because this is virtual hotel concept with no human interaction.
