Clean, comfortable, good location, friendly staff, parking space for car, not expensive. There were coffee table and two chairs which was very useful for me as I had to attend my studies during the stay.

I'm very positive, but the nature of my trip required me to leave the hotel early every day between 8:00 -9:00. So I wished they had some kind of breakfast option with additional charges, definitely. Then there were a few small broken items like the knob of a drawer and a hanger, etc, which should be fixed. Despite that, I'd give room 95/100. So it's an *A.

The room is clean and spacious. Spacious enough for my baby to walk around in her walker.

I just do not understand why do we have to hand in the room key to the reception whenever we're leaving the hotel premise even if it's just for a while. The reception followed us until the car to get the room key from us when we're only checking out a day after. Don't they have extra keys or any master keys? This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Telephone in the room left unplugged and we could not call the reception at times when we needed assistance. We could not even pre-book a baby cot as we were told to only mention to the reception during our check-in.

Big spacious triple room with sofa set. Big, clean disabled friendly bathroom and tactile tiles. Tile flooring instead of carpet. Huge windows facing the main road. Convenient parking right in front of hotel. Comfortable beds. I like that they had some reading materials at the lounge and also friendly staff.

1. Though the hotel has disabled friendly bathrooms, there is no way a disabled guest can go to the rooms. No lift.. The lift chair is in disrepair. 2. Old, stained, musty carpets lining the stairs and corridors. 3. A long list of fines and payments for items damaged in the rooms. 4. There is no writing table for doing work. 5. No food available at the hotel. Need to drive out about1km or more for food.

no lift, the bed a bit hard, they knock my door at 9am when i sleep to makeup room. i told her to come after i go out at 12pm, but she didnt come . second day also same thing happen.

Clean room and bathroom... towels, bath soap, toothbrush, fridge are available...all appliances work well.. friendly staff.. location on the side of the main road.. easy to find places to eat...many parking spaces..

Can't iron clothes in the room but a special room is provided and paid for.. mineral water and tea bags are available but no sugar..Night sleep is a bit disturbed by the sound of vehicles because it is located next to the main road.

Easy to parking..value for money..clean..and very good location..easy to find food

No lift..no cordless kettle…no iron provided for first floor..just 2 pack of tea but no sugar or cream..

I am a regular patron of Hotel Pintar and i am very happy with the whole place. Clean, comfortable and definitely gives me value for my money.

A slightly bigger dustbin in the room would be good. Or a bigger plastic bag for the bin, even.

The room is spacious although mine got no window. The toilet provides a set of toiletries. The room is clean, the shower is nice, the staff is great although i checked in at midnight, free parking. will definitely return again!

maybe only this one thing, there is no lift. Have to use staircase to carry the suitcase. mine is at the 1st floor. The hallway also generated by auto-cell lightbulb, which is for me a bit scary & good to have companion.. that's all
