There is no way to call the customer service as no one answers the call. So if there's any emergency, kindly dont expect to get help. The concierge, Jahid was a great help, he assisted with everything from head to toe, and even arranged for welcome drinks, door gifts, and provided great hospitality during the trip. We asked directions as to how to get to Theme Park, and some areas in Sky Avenue and he showed us the directions. The check-in receptionist, Joel was friendly and informative. He provided us with 2 key access cards (although we would like to have more) and side by side rooms were arranged, nearby the lift. Which is a great convenience. Crockfords Level 3- Guest Service Centre - Catherin - Was a great help and assisted us with membership cards, though we feel that the counter is under-staffed. ** We wanted to cash in around 100k+ by way of instant transfer, however when we asked guest services or cashier counter, no one was able to assist us and they mentioned there was no way we could cash in so much cash, therefore we were not able to gamble much at the casinos. Buggy Service was great and attentive. Good job to them driving the buggy from Crockfords to SkyAvenue, they did a great and efficient service. Disgusting Experience @ Cafe. I personally think there was not enough staff handling breakfast order taking post 9am on Sunday and quite a few of my family’s orders were missed. However 3 staff came over one after another to apologize for the mishandling and we were compensated with free breakfast for 5 adults (my room booking was without breakfast)

Air ventilation to be improved. We stayed on 2nd floor and quite often the area close to the floor lift has strong cigarette smoke smell. A bit conflicting on the effort of sustainability (where the note collected Rm3 per hotel room) but we saw all the room lights on when we entered the room. Waste of electricity.

Their service is top notch! 👌 Staffs are so polite, respectful and friendly. They helped to plan and surprise my son at 12am for his birthday today with amazing decoration, birthday card and a tasty complimentary cake. My son was so happy! That made my heart full. Ruben and Jennis served us and looked into our needs very well. Totally appreciate it and would love to stay here again in future.

I was a little disappointed to know that the in room dining is from a kitchen that is non-halal as they use pork oil to prepare the food. As a Hindu I don't take pork so the option of relaxing and dining in the room was not available. They should take into consideration the other races who stay at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast at the Crockfords Cafe had limited options to choose from. More variety should be available and a buffet breakfast will be more worth for the price paid

My husband and I stayed in the superior and we booked the package which includes dinner & breakfast. The service was exceptional, from the moment we checked in, all the way to our departure. We loved the little touches of hospitality such as the pillow spray, chocolates and macarons provided with turn down service. The valet service even left some bottles of water in the car when it was brought back for our departure. The room was gorgeous, the bed was super comfy and the shower was wonderfully hot. Service at dinner and breakfast was outstanding - the staff were extremely attentive and responsive.

Our room was at the very end and it was quite a trek to get to our room. I suggest that you request for a room nearer to the elevators if you can’t walk far

Pleasant room interior. Good view with quiet environment. Adequate bottled water was provided at no charge. Enjoyed the complimentary macarons provided daily.

Toilet seat wasn’t heated. It was very uncomfortable to sit on cold toilet seat. There was no kids-related stuff (e.g, tooth brush, cup, stool), even though booking includes kid. Facilities such as spa, gym and swimming pool were located at another hotel, making it harder to access and plan for the activities in our itinerary. All items at the snack and drink bar were chargeable. The free platter of fruits was a miss as the grapes and oranges were sour.

the place was great and peaceful compare to other hotel. but I guess due to the high location. some area at the corridor can smell some bad smell.

the hotel was great as it link direct to the casino and sky avenues. But one thing bad happen during my stay. Was wearing Bermuda walking to cross the casino to get to sky avenue. But 1 security allow me to enter. but half way to the next level. was stop and ask to return to the hotel lounge. they mention no short or Bermuda allow. 🤔 but I saw some in the casino wearing that. *hotel staffs are nice and friendly.*

Honestly, don't go to any hotel after Crockfords! you will feel any hotel is bad after this luxury Place! We really like the place, the staff, Mr. Jega thanks for your cooperation and polite help with fast respond for any requirements. if you plan to visit Malaysia... my advice is to book in Crockfords in Genting and spend you vacation here.... I can't write more but it's worth every penny spent for stay in it.

it's perfect and hard to dislike anything here.

The rooms were modern and stylish. Location was great, near the mall and the buggy ride from the hotel lobby to the mall escalator was a bonus!

The check-in time was stated as 3pm. However, we had to wait quite long and unfortunately, the female staff assigned to my check-in was inexperienced. Luckily 2 other polite male staff were called in to attend to us and we were provided with complimentary high-tea at the Crockfords Club while we waited for our rooms to be ready.

The Junior suite is just right. Exceptional service weeks before the stay where the Butler team connects with you about your expectations for the stay. We even received an itinerary of what we can spend our day on with multiple suggested activities! After we entered the reception/lobby area we sat down and they came to assist check-in and presented welcome drinks. There onwards we were accompanied to the room and given a nice intro. Lobby smells great too! It was my daughter's birthday & they set up a surprise deco with balloons, cake, & butler team singing happy birthday and playing minor instruments when she entered the room. The room was fantastic with a very wide and picturesque view. Turn-down amenities were also provided. Breakfast downstairs was good and not crowded. In room dining was exceptional as well. At request, the butlers can also assist to reserve a table in popular restaurants (and some impossible to book) within Genting too! Wife and kids are happy. Thank you Faizan & team, it was memorable.

If you have luggage, stroller, or wheelchair, good idea to drop it off at the lobby entrance or use valet as there is a flight of stairs from the basement parking and no accessibility ramp. I didn't use the complimentary valet because I didn't want to. That's the only thing I can think of really.

love the property. it is luxurious. we have stayed in many 5 stars hotel but crockford stands out in luxury and their gestures n thoughts. there is christmas tree in our room. this delighted our kids. the turn down service comes with small gifts. service is great. location is best within genting. while genting is crowded, crockford offer exclusive privacy n rest. there is welcome gfit, goodbye gift and even when we picked the car from valet, they provided water bottles and wish us all the best for our journey. the well thought thru acts make the experience special and memorable. we will highly recommend crockford for genting stay and will visit again! shout out to suran pei our housekeeper, for the special touch
