The room was very clean and it is at strategic location where many nice food restaurants nearby - 5 to 10 mins drive. The water pressure at the shower was very satisfied and the hot water was very stable. There was lot's of parking in the hotel.

There's no face towel and no toothbrush/toothpaste prepared for the guest. The aircond was blowing directly to the bed which is not very pleasant for sleeping.

Pls tell to your cleaners tu put the toothbrush in each room... both of my booked room dont have it ... and i need to ask at the cleaner of the toom for it... should be prepared before we checked in... Pls check it..

The room is nice,the staff so friendly,i request for extra bed but my assigned room cannot fit the extra beds,so the receptionist kindly assign a new room for me,very friendly busboy and receptionist,upon arriving they warmly welcome us even tho we arrived quite late☺️

I hope theres a mirror in front of the desk,so its easy to do my skincare/make up,but mirror at the wardrobe also okay 👌

Just, booked for king bed's room but i need to checked in early and they gave me queen bed's room.. the receptionist didn't informed me that the room was queen bed. But it's ok.. overalls, still meet my satisfying..thank you..

Nice and clean

At the dining hall we cannot request for hot water.The staff ask us to wait for the Coway to refill the hot water. They cannot give us the hot water from the electrick cattle. I really dispointed .It just a simple request.Hope the management train the staff the problem solving.

I like the gym facilities.

I'ld like to suggest more variable drinking water for b'fast such as juice and milk. May be can add on kuih rather than sneak.

Convenient location and lots of parking space. Rooms are decent and clean, but bare minimum in terms of design or ambience. Bed was very comfortable.

Room rate is reasonable with ample of parking space. During Covid period it is important that window can be opened to allow fresh air to enter. This is the reason I select this hotel with balcony and individual air-conditional unit. Those hotel with central air-conditional will keep on circulating virus within the building.

Breakfast is too simple. Asking for hard boiled egg was not possible. Again over burned fried egg, was served.

The room is clean, tidy, and quite spacious. Plenty of power outlet in room. Most importantly, not much noise (not very crowded). The staffs are friendly and helpful, kudos to them. Plenty of parking space within the lot, which nice. The breakfast is okay, not the best, but acceptable (got porridge, rice, fried noodles, one vege dish, one chicken dish, salad, bread those).

The watwr broiler in the room wong turn off automatically. A bit bummer.

Room is very clean and big. High water pressure. Spacious parking area. Quiet surrounding the hotel, peaceful to sleep. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
