The noise from the corridor and other room can be heard from inside the room

Quite new hotel, room is nice and clean, got lift and wheelchair friendly Walking distance to shops and Padang Kota. Staff is friendly and very intuitive

On weekend street in front hotel always jammed. Only 2 parking in front hotel, first come first serve basis. There's ample roadside parking free on weekends. There's also a paid parking nearby, please avoid if possible. RM for 45 minutes and no max charge if park whole day WiFi signal is weak, TV channel sometimes got disconnected. Drain hole and sink hole in toilet seems clogged No fridge but got kettle to cook water Room key only given per room, should at least provide 2

They have 24hr reception, so you can check in late. Location is okay, 15min walk to the main attractions. But there are many restaurants, food markets, convenient stores closeby. Beds are shorter than normal and since I am pretty tall, when I extended my stay I requested a bed with space between bed and the wall and it was no problem at all to get it. They also asked me after a couple of days if I want a cleaning service, which was nice.

Main was is NO WINDOW IN THE ROOM. Also walls are very thin, as well as you can hear pretty much everything and everyone on the hallway. so if you are a light sleeper that might be a problem (luckily for me it is not a problem)

I love the location. Very close to many shops and restaurants and food vendors. Easy for dinner and breakfast. Close to the tourists main attractions too. Bank is also close by. Not so noisy at night which is good. The staff also very friendly and nice smile.

It was quite difficult to find parking spaces... Unless if you get the hotel parking, you have to pay the fee. (actually it is quite easy and cheap using the Penang Smart Parking App.) For the bed, I think it would be better if the hotel can add the Mattress Topper as they were quite hard for me..

Great location, close to main attractions in Penang and a lot of food places. Helpful staff, they gave us a hairdryer when we asked for one even if it was not listed. Clean rooms, good air conditioning, nice lobby and room decor. They provided toiletries and plenty of bottled water.

A bigger window for more natural light would have been nice, but it doesn’t affect a lot for a short stay.

Hotel is within walking distance to the heritage sites, the bed was super comfy and clean. There are lots of eateries nearby like the famous Ali nasi lemak and Joja Bagel Shop. The ambiance and decoration of the room is nice. The Indonesian lady at the front desk was super friendly and chatty.

I was given a connecting room, I can hear everything from the next room - coughing, TV, chitchatting. I can even smell the coffee made by them in the midnight. If you're light sleeper, ask the front desk not to give you a connecting room. The parking is so limited and hard to find. On the first day, I have to make a few rounds just to get a parking lot. I ended up parking at the Little India which is adjacent to the hotel.

The property is located in town area so getting around was very convenient, for instance, Peranakan Mansion is just two minutes away by foot. The room is clean and the hotel looks very new.

Parking is a big problem in this area and the hotel only provides 3 parking bays directly in front of the main entrance. Room was VERY small but that’s to be expected for the price you’re paying and the overall cleanliness so it’s a fair trade. No toothbrush or toothpaste was provided so bring your own. Lastly, room 102 has some issues with the water heater whereby the water can get extremely hot or cold. It could not be adjusted to optimal temperature at my time of stay 23 June 2023.

Very nice room and will plan to stay there àain during our next trip...the staffs are very friendly and helpful.They even helped us with parking outside the hotel as they were limited space for parking.Otherwise..one of the affordable and great hotel in Georgetown.

The friendliest reception of the 3 hotels i stayed in this trip. Very spacious and clean lobby with free water. The smart TV in the room was great as you could log in with your own Netflix. There was some nice food places very close and only a very short walk from the ferry. The bedroom floor wasn't very clean.

The room was a lot smaller than expected. Good photos online. It was very noisy for a windowless room. It is a tiled corridor and you hear all the other guests opening doors, talking, children yelling, the elevator moving. Travel with earplugs. Bed was comfortable and perfect for 1, 2 would be really cosy.

Stayed here with family and I can say that it's one of the best accomodations in Georgetown, as I have stayed at different places previously. The wifi connection was great as well. They also have a mini coworking space downstairs (at the lobby), so it was very convenient as I needed to work remotely. And, the location is superb! Very strategic.
