The hotel was well located in Georgetown and easily accessible by car - including free parking. The room was spacious and clean, and the onsite laundry facilities were extremely useful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only criticism was the very poor WiFi - across multiple devices we were unable to get a reliable connection and when connected the speeds were very slow. We ended up using a hotspot on a mobile phone instead.

I liked the location, the room size, the free wifi. It's close to Hawker Centers, where they sell food cheaply as well. It was great for a nights stay.

This *MIGHT* be a Malaysian thing (I'm from Thailand), but instead of free bottle water, there was a water dispenser located outside the room, with hot and cold water. This hotel also required a cash deposit for the keycard, in RMB, which I didn't have enough. Thankfully he accepted THB as the deposit as well.

The parking is very convenience, no hassle to get parking space. Location for food good, just walking distance less than 5 minutes to food court. Hotel room is very spacious. Matters is comfortable not the soft type.

The bed sheet, pillow case and towel must change to new as all turn to yellowish. Hope the management will look into this matters. The WiFi is very poor as cannot be connect.

You guys Really did a good job... we are very satisfied plus happy....we didn't expect that much Superb rooms OMG......very cleaning....no bad smells.....room was fresh and near by all the way we want to go shopping or food it's very easy for us.... totally fantastic......tq so much for garden inn hotel......next time holiday for penang definitely will prefer your hotel..... Thank You So Much......♥️

Room is spacious and have good amenities. Reasonably priced and location is good.

The room was abit dusty as I think coz it was a peak season so it was under staff to have more time to clean room more thoroughly.

It's location is pretty good. The area has many places to eat and it's pretty convenient.

When I used their laundry machines after one hour half of my clothes got out of the dryer very damp.

The environment was calm.. easy for parking..just the bed was quite old.. not that comfortable. Cleanliness was ok only. Overall it was a good experience.

Centre of Georgetown, comfortable stay, worth staying here. Parking also available at front of the hotel. Smooth check in. Coway water filter available at each hotel floors and self laundry located at GF!

Can improve on the WiFi speed (not so stable, but still able to use for basic surfing, WhatsApp), to add on TV channels.

The room was very spacious and clean. The AC was working well. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean. The lift made is easier to get to your room. The hotel is in the centre of Georgetown. Easy accesses to the variety of food Penang has to offer.
