Really great hostel, very comfortable beds with privacy curtains (woo!), fantastic location close to the night market, helpful staff.

The toilet and shower rooms were extremely small. The shower rack in the bathroom was broken so no where to hang clothes.

Anything is good just wifi can't use it.

The building and interior design are really nice. The common room is very cozy and you can find a variety of seating. The bed was clean and the room very spacious. We had our own sink in the room which was very convenient. They have a big, fully equipped kitchen. The shared bathrooms were always clean.

There is a club located next to the hostel. The double room we booked was very closed to it and therefore we could hear the bass until 4 am. Even with earplugs you cannot drown out all the noises. Just be aware of that. We cannot speak for the other rooms! You have to rent the towels but it is fairly cheap.

Loved this hostel so much! Wish I could have stayed longer! Do not hesitate to go there. The place was exceptionally clean. The bathroom area is super nice, and the showers are just wow! The hostel is so cozy, especially the living room area. The dorm is absolutely fantastic! The location is great too. It is just a short walk from Old Town. If you're coming from the train station, a local bus can drop very close to the hostel. There are plenty of local restaurants (And a mall) all around the hostel. The reception staff can provide information on things to do and places to eat. The owner was so nice too, he loves people, loves getting to know his guests. Talk to him, he knows everything about his city! Fully equiped kitchen with water refill station 🥰

The wifi is not the strongest, especially in the dorm, so you might have to use your data at times.

The location is middle in the town. 2 minutes walking to Gerbang Malam night bazar. Its very clean. First time we stay in hostel concept in Msia, and we feel very safe.

Music at night from next building night club can be very irritating, and not stopping until 3am. Maybe because its weekend. But both night also the same. The toilet also can be improve for muslim guest. Only the shower area is totally separate for man and women. While toilet and sink area is open area, make it quite very difficult for Muslim girl to brush the teeth and get ready etc.

Close to nightmarked, old town and mall.

My room was flooded when I arrived and I was told the leak couldnt be fixed until the next day. With no shelves or furniture, I had to put all my stuff in the bed. I was just given a mopp (!) and had to ask for a bucket and a towel. Fortunately a maintenance person came in the evening, but it became late before he was done. I was not given any compensation for the inconvenience. Also, the music from the neighbouring nightclub was louder than usual.

The industrial style of the hostel is amazing. It’s really clean and chic! We stayed two nights and extended one because we felt very comfortable around the hostel.

In the group room we struggled a little bit with the noise. Next to the hostel there is a club which plays really loud music all night (until 4). The bass is so strong that we couldn’t sleep at first then we got used to it a little bit but if you’re sensitive to noise I wouldn’t stay in the group room.

location was prefect for me. A short walk to Ipoh parade mall. Multiple 24 hour shops within walking distance. Also multiple famous tourist spot within walking distance

There are no storage dedicated for your personal belonging such as locker. I left my belongings around my bed but so far no issue occur. Maybe just a little improvement that can be made

Im looking for something unique and new for me to experience. This hostel, definitely something new for me and my friends. Easy to find parking spot after office hours with walking distance to Gerbang Malam as well as Concubine Lane. Their staffs are so friendly.

Most facilities are clean. The toilet, kitchen, socializing area except for the room. We stayed in 6 bunk beds room. I would recommend a little renovation with the wall to make it look more pleasant. Other than that, everything was great. And oh ya, if you come here in group, you must move together with your group cause they only provide us with one access card per room. Not much of troubles for us cause we only need that access card to get through two main entrances. As for the door on each bed, they use door password.

The large communal hall for meeting people. The nice little niche greens planted at strategic corridors with big glass panes to enjoy it, The little patio at the front. The cool air conditioning was very comfy, set at 17 degrees in the dorms. The whole dorm were spacious, with a 2nd storey within the dorm. The beds were nicely soft but firm. Location was very excellent, almost in center of town. walkable everywhere. The famous morning dim sums were just behind Maybank. The night supper street food is just across the car park. all the famous chicken and noodle shops and biscuit shops within a few blocks away. The washrooms were spacious and water pressure strong. Towels need to be rented for extra RM3. There is a small shared kitchen where you can cook and water refiller. a laundry is located just next to the hostel. This is a steal for the price I paid RM45 (viz about USD10)

Though everything was clean and nice, the wall paintings in the dorm "cubicles" could have chosen a cleaner color. currently, they chose to retained an old pre-war "stained" wall decor. And just for my cubicle, there were dark stains (at a glance, looked like stuck dead insects) above my curtain railing. there were some
