the staff was very attentive and helpful. tried their best to accommodate my kid's medication storage requirement as well as room request. parking was easy too. Family room was spacious & clean. Walking distance to KOMTAR JBCC and nearby malls. There's also mynews.com on the lobby floor which opens until 2am. They even have a storage room to park your luggage after check out if you still want to walk around the area. Overall it was a pleasant stay & would stay here again.

Perhaps the hotel management could address the sewer smell as it was very strong at certain areas of the building. everything else about the hotel is great but the smell is enough to deter some guest from returning. There's an irish pub on the building beside the hotel which could get quite loud but it didn't bother us that much.

Choose this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday, I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received! especially the customer service person named Suzy, She was prompt, courteous, and remarkably efficient in resolving my issue. She took the time to listen carefully and provided solutions that exceeded my expectations. Every interaction was handled with care and respect, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. This level of service is a real gem and sets a new benchmark for what excellent customer support should be—highly recommended!

I have been facing a slight issue with the room after I called them, They are attending my issue immediately

The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and kindness. Despite the hotel being quite full, the receptionist went above and beyond during check-in to accommodate my request for two side-by-side rooms, doing their utmost to assist. The rooms were impeccably clean, and everything was arranged neatly and to my satisfaction.

The room I occupied had issues with the air conditioning remote control. Despite attempting to adjust the vane using the remote, I was unable to do so. I'm uncertain whether the remote is designed to control the vane.

The location in the heart of JBCC, the lobby even small but much a good ambience. the Staff at the front desk very helpful to my needs and polite also the F&B Staff. Breakfast (for adults RM35/- , Kids below 5yrs FOC) I could say, 4 stars (except the mee goreng mamak because of “masih rasa kapur”. nasi lemak+sambal+ayam masak sos was so good.

maybe parking I need to turn around to the back of building to get into the hotel parking. because if you are from the Jalan Wong Ah Fook and from the hotel lobby you cant easily turn to left because the road serve to the car parking is SEHALA. and you need to turn right from the hotel and SHELL, take a right side and get into Jalan Tuas i think

Convenient parking. (Very) attentive staff. Clean, cozy room. This is my 2nd stay, the breakfast service surprised me. Both mornings of my 2 night stay, the scrambled eggs were finished when I came down. But the staff were attentive and took initiative to replenish within 5 minutes. Great job team!

Room had a slight 'sour' smell. My experience with this smell is that it comes from a dirty mop, such as one that has been used to clean room after room without being washed/ cleaned with fresh water.

- Strategic location (right opposite JBCC Komtar and few minutes walk to City Square and CIQ) - 24hrs front desk, can check-in during middle of the night (great front desk staff) - Free car park, can park the car earlier before check-in time as long there’s a valid booking with the hotel - Clean room + bathroom with spotless shower curtain as well (no sign of mould yet and no smell from drainage)

- Tight parking space (each floor 6 parking spaces, brace the risk of scratches) - Room kind of small compared to what display on website but it’s fine with 2D1N or 3D2N stay (not suitable for long term stay with large luggage) - Can hear the noise from the street, but bearable

We like the location since it is close to main attractions (old fascinating restaurants and cafes) in the Wong Ah Fook street. The staff is very kind and helpful. A small convenience store in the ground floor provides some necessities including quick foods (various types of noodles and sandwiches) and and drinks. Adequate parking space behind the hotel and in front of the lobby, if you bring your own car, or if you want to order online taxi. Best value for money.

Breakfast is too simple.

Location was excellent as it is opposite JBCC. Didn't take with breakfast as I know there are lots of makan place around this area. Ample parking and the way to the carpark lift is so well situated that it's so convenient to access carpark and also it serves your room floor. We like that the location of the lift is just in front of the main entrance door because of this convenience, we did not mind to return to our hotel room for toilet usage everytime in between shopping or makan lol. Will definitely return to this hotel.

No wardrobe in the room ☹️ instead there is some kind of hanging pole around the long mirror in the room to hang clothes and it looks super messy and unsightly once you hang your clothes there and also because of the clothes around it, its very inconvenient to use the mirror for make up purpose. The room is small. Wish there is at least a small wardrobe.

Usually stay here when running errands in JB. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Disposable slippers, toothbrush kit, shower cap provided. Friendly staff. Location is great, easy to Grab anywhere from your doorstep. You can leave your stuff here for a few hours after check out as well if needed. There's a cafe at the lobby that opens most days at 12 noon, just in time for lunch or a quiet place to work!

Please provide soap near the wash basin, so we don't have to go to the shower area to get soap every time :) Also a hand towel would be great!

My go to hotel whenever I’m in JB to head to Singapore. Convenient and affordable! Rooms are clean and breakfast is just 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Didnt notice that there was Chingay parade going on 1/3 (annual event) so almost ALL the roads were closed. Would’ve appreciated if the hotel could inform us on this beforehand so we could plan our drive and so on. Arrived at 6pm for check in but was unable to even get anywhere near CIQ so we drove around in circles until midnight — when the parade ended and roadblocks were gone
