Location was good

Check-in was a breeze even at 1130pm as i made a note to them beforehand that i'll be late. The person at the check-in was welcoming and the whole process took less than 10minutes. The room was clean and spacious. Even though the hotel was situated above a karoke, we could not hear the noise from our room at 11pm.

The hotel being located at a lively night spot makes parking difficult so we opted for the daily charged carpark at the open area behind the hotel. The walls in the room is thin, we could hear when the room next door came back or when they played music at the lobby during breakfast.

Location is great with lots of nice food and karaoke nearby. Liked that my hotel room is tucked away in a corner away from lobby or corridors with high traffic.

I found that the toilet bowl was a little rusting and during a shower, the toilet doors did not prevent water from seeping outside. The common corridor speaker was also right outside my door and the music could be too loud at times. There was also a huge tv in front of the bed but no channels to watch.

The bed is soft and comfortable without noisiness from the karaoke even through the hotel situated above the karaoke. The hotel environment and room appear cozy and cooling which feel right at home. Free drinks and biscuit snacks at the lobby. Big TV screen which you can watch by internet connection and able to plugin usb to watch our own shows. Convenient food finding due to surround with various shop lots.

No ventilation if coincidentally got the no window room and if unlucky, might get a smelly bathroom. Hence, switch on the air-con for ventilation. Internet connection disconnect for personal device during night time but still can watch the hotel TV. The TV are all in mandarin language even if you choose any of the English movies/programs and some movies are not free of charge. If unlucky, noisy and loud neighbour in the next room. Limited parking space since is a public parking with 1st come 1st serve basis.

The place was cozy and nice , feel relax in the hotel .

The check in hour that here to show is at 2pm , but when I was arrived they told me the room cleaning haven’t finish yet and ask me to come back at 3pm . I was waiting at the lobby area but luckily after a moment the staff told me nicely that I can check in after they done they cleaning around 2:20pm .

Lovely atmosphere and there's is also a nail salon at the hotel. Need to book though. Breakfast was provided, kinda basic but good enough for a light meal to start the day. The location is so convenient and within 2 mins to my favourite massage place.

Toilet roll was measly. And there's no tissue in the room. This part needs to be improved.

There are many food options beside the hotel. There are also many entertainment outlets nearby. My favourite are Mr Roti (must try the salted egg buns), CMS Coconut Milk Shake and durians! The hotel room is small but compact with a good shower.

The washing basin should be in the shower instead of outside the shower and inside the room. There are many other shops that we would like to explore but the roads are very busy most of the time. It is difficult to drive across the streets to the other part of mount austin.

Accessibilty and Comfy. Karaoke till 3am.

Wifi not internet enable. Maybe they need to reset the router. Not much TV channel selection. Bathroom no shower curtain. Water spilled over to toilet should one shower. Didn't remind customer on parking requirement but waa helpful in helping me on the parking fine payment later on.

Hotel location was great, many nearby restaurants and loudspeaker karaoke was located in the same building. Room was spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable and staff was polite. Didn't hear any music from the karaoke below, sound proofing quite good.

Wooden flooring near bathroom has separated due to water damage. Shampoo and shower gel dont lather well, please bring your own.

Great location, value for money. Comfort bed. I like the free coffee bar corner so much, 24 hrs in service, can eat the cookies early morning b4 depart. Surrounded by many good restaurants. Great choice

Small room but bearable for this price, some corner was dusty but the staff took action immediately after informed.
