Towels and bed linen were provided, and I appreciated that they were freshly changed for each customer. It was clear that the hostel prioritized cleanliness and comfort. • Security: Security was also top-notch, with a single access card providing secure access to the main entrance, my labelled locker, and my labelled capsule. It was convenient and reassuring to have everything linked to one card. While the capsules aren’t soundproof, complimentary earplugs help mitigate this issue. Staff consist of an aged couple - might seem aloof but they are very helpful and kind to provide assistance when approached. They explained the rules of the accommodation clearly and gave a detailed tour of the facilities. Toilet is gender separated but shared dormitory is not; however the capsule beds are locked and can only be accessed by tapping your personal key card so it's very private and safe. The capsule bed had cool lighting and enough space to put your belongings should you not wish to place them in the lockers outside. Location was good as well, many restaurants and shops around.

The lower capsule bed that we occupied was extremely creaky and made a lot of noise whenever we shifted the slightest.

Host very friendly and helpful with guide of facilities, park and even give me free extension stay due to power breakdown (Tnb) happened on the night on my stay. This is the best capsule hotel I've been so far, the bed smells nice and each bathroom have hairdryer. Provides : - free towel - free computer usage - free WiFi with high speed - free breakfast and tea/coffee Love the galaxy concept and card access for the bed, locker and door access. For a shared facility, it was well maintained, clean and neat. There are plenty of facilities that i did not expect such as individual locker, inhouse slippers, coffee machine, water cooler, instant noodles and drinks for sale. The bed is clean and neat, no obvious defects and the sleeping pod function wells.

The sleeping pod is rather small, definitely not suitable for someone who is uncomfortable with a small space. Once you remove the keycard from the card holder space, you have less than 1 minute before power goes out. With this, you definitely cannot charge your electronic devices in the pod while you're outside of the pod. The bed creaks quite a bit if you move and it is quite crowded at night, so being aware to not disturb your neighbors are important.

The capsule was spacious and comfortable to sleep in. The place feels safe even for a solo female traveller. A locker is provided enough for a small luggage. The hot shower has good water pressure and body wash & shampoo & towel provided. Free hot drinks and water. There are common spaces to hang out. Nice location with plenty of food choices outside.

The owner and his wife run the business with care, allowing us travelers to stay in a very warm, clean, and multi-person guesthouse... I didn't have high expectations at first, but when we entered, it smelled very comfortable, fragrant, and had no odor at all, including the toilet, shower room, and leisure area. Even the room area comfortable ... I will come back next time…

The door to the bed can only be unlocked by the card key, so you'll feel safer than other capsule hotels.

The bed doesn't have any electrical sockets, only 2 USB A ports. I couldn't charge my phone by the bed because I only had USB C to USB C cables. I charged my devices at the common area due to this.

Suitable for young travellers, very clean compared to those budget hotel at the same price range. If you ate only looking for a place to sleep the night and a chill morning before booking out, this is a great place. They have some facilities for you to chill you morning up.
