Clean room, good bed arrangements for the 7 of us. Toiletries provided in the rooms. Decor was nice with ample seating in the living room/sofa. Air con and ceiling fans in all rooms was a bonus. Washing machine, kettle, microwave and cooktop provided in room. Friendly staff who were attentive, efficient and responsive.

Air con in main living was not as effective as in other rooms, having the ceiling fan was an added boost for this. Limited bedding/towels provided upon arrival for comfort and the 7 guests it was booked for

Overall satisfied with my 2 days stay at this facility, just i find it hard to not having a hanger to hang my wet towel. If they can provide hanger rack or hanger stand, would be great. Also, a lot of ant on the floor. Hopefully they can use inset repellent vendor like Rentokil etc to help combat the insects (btw, only Ants found, not Lizard nor Cockroaches..so still acceptable) If we were to visit Legoland again, definately we will booking JB City Homestay again.Thank you

No hanger rack or stand in the facilities. Hopefully they can provide it next time. Also if they can provide a broom, we can help to sweep the floor, sometimes kids spill their food (like potato chips etc) it is easy to help with the cleaning.

Comfy beds. Good water pressure. Large spacious apartment. Super close to Legoland.

Need to pay cash deposit RM200. This is becoming common with listings in Booking.com, and this should be discouraged or forbidden, especially when there is no mention of it in the listing. Staff was also late with communication. Had to ask them the lockbox number and code but they were very fast about asking for the money

This is my second time staying with JB City Homestay team. It's a much better experience in that the key pickup is just downstairs in a key box from the apartment. Everything was smooth and easy. Apartment was clean, so is linen and towels provided. The team will communicate seamlessly via WhatsApp. Kids loved the toys and blocks provided in the apartment.

If you are not staying with them the first time, the deposit process is very frustrating with the RM200 deposit especially if you are not local. You need to have a local bank account or e-wallet set up.

No drinking water tea or coffee. Toilet bowl stinks and the seat looked old. For customer plans to stay there better u do all room video before u enter because based on my experince,after check out they messaged me saying that towels were provided and went missing.also they have picture of towels in the room while when i entered the room i didnt see any. Seems there's misunderstanding or somw cheats with the staff/cleaning service.

It is a relaxing place to unwind, instructions given are very clear, making the check in a breeze. The thing that I appreciate the most is the staffs take the trouble to set up a what's app group, so as we can get in touch with rlthem if there are any issues, which is a great idea. We did not trouble them as everything is fine. The thought that they are at hand to help if needed is very comforting. Kudos and thank you.

Clean apartment, with nice view of Legoland. Had children play sets and lego blocks for the children and they loved it. Comfortable beds for the family. Would ve been better if the apartment had a balcony. But the view was good anyway. Parking was well lighted. Loved the fact they gave 2 sets of keys and cards and key collection was easy. Have to transfer deposit before arrival, not pay at thier reception as told in booking. The place is still new and has a list of rules to follow. There's a minimarket and small warung at the lobby..both closes early. Travelled to eco botanic for food (it had variety).

The apartment is clean and spacious. I really love tbe Bed, firm and comfortable. The sofa is also big and able to roll around on it.

Will prefer is theres hooks around the bedroom to hang hangers and clothes. Hooks in the toilet to hang clothes and towels. Hope there is a dressing table in the bedroom to put some stuff too. A box of facial tissues in the living room will be nice.

The room is very nice, big, and clean! This is like a condotel. We have 2 bedroom, and 2 bathroom, a living room with mini kitchen. Super near to legoland too.

If you check in late, there will be no staffs to guide you but they will send the detailed instructions in whatsapp on how to get the key, how to park (if you have car), and how to enter the room. However, everything was still tricky when we come because we were tired from the legoland, and we have hard time finding our parking spot. Anyway, I will still recommend this nice place, and I will still stay here if ever we visit legoland again.

The apartment was spacious and clean, friendly customer service with reminders prior to check out, easily locate the keys from lock boxes with guide to retrieve and return. 2 parking lots were assigned to each unit.

the room air cond unable to swing, too direct and freezing as we are not allow to move the furniture. The blanket a bit small and thin. The shower head spoiled and bathroom water flow flooded and no separator between shower area and toilet, whole toilet was wet with only one floor carpet.
