The hotel offers excellent value for money, featuring a stylish design, well-trained staff, and a prime location surrounded by numerous restaurants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully maintained.

The room could benefit from improved air ventilation in addition to the air conditioning. Personally, I would appreciate having more than just a bath towel and foot towel—adding a face towel and an extra foot towel to place in front of the shower would enhance the overall experience.

The hotel was clean and value for the money. And the staff were also friendly and helpful. The facilities like the bed and bathroom were also good.

They gave us only 1 smart card for the room. Better if they provide 2 cards. Coz it was inconvenient when two persons stay and access the room. The corridors to enter the room were smell of cigarette smoking even though they'd put 'No Smoking' signs everywhere, I don't know where it came from. The management needs to take care of this. The aircon needs to be serviced or the capacity need to be checked for the room's size. Sometimes felt not cold in the noon times. But more than enough at night.

Stayed one night to bunk over in JB, having booked a standard room (1 king sized bed with no windows) but was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Don't let the hotel's two star rating and distance from the city centre fool you; friendly and helpful staff, well set up rooms. I was worried about the reviews I have seen of other hotels of this price point, but all these complaints dissipated upon me entering the room; the cleanliness is impeccable, the room was no frills, no roaches, bedbugs or mould to worry about. Most importantly, the soundproofing of the room was good enough for me to get a good night's sleep. The shower was so relaxing and 'shiok' I got up early just to get a good shower. Water pressure is decent. Although this hotel does not offer breakfast, there's a very nice roti canai place round the corner which surprised me when I got my breakfast there. The chicken rendang curry will tentalise your taste buds.

The power turns off quickly once u leave the room, if that is the only disadvantage, but the air con was powerful enough to cool the room quick.

We liked all the amenities such as the large clean room with all toiletries, kettle provided as per the standard of a three or four star hotel. The Indian restaurant a few shops away at the left corner serves excellent masala tea.

The location is quite far from sights in Johor. Taking taxis to and fro regularly hits the budget. The traffic noise due to the complete lack of soundproofing needs to be dealt with urgently. Please ensure that water dispensers are provided on each floor rather than only on the ground floor.

Reception staff was friendly. Room was spacious and relatively. Bed is more on the harder type so good for back support. Nice that basic personal amenities such as tooth brush, tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo, were provided.

Flooring was rather sticky.There was a cigarette butt left behind in the toilet sink, evidently someone smoked in the room and didn't clear the evidence. Do note that hairdryer is not available. Shower water pressure is horrible.

3rd stay with them. Awesome hotel to spend the night in Every visible surface was clean including the kettle.

Underneath bed was dusty, also found and killed a baby cockroach in my room. Hope the hotel can do a thorough pest inspection. I was put in a room where the wifi and mobile signal was weak

The price is reasonable and there is further discount from time to time in booking.com. With this reasonable pricing, the bed and shower room were beyond my expectation. Staffs are polite and responsive.

The table was a bit small to fit 2 people.

Very neat and clean room. Friendly staff, even though got 1 or 2 staff not so friendly.

Less mat in the room for wet floor in presidential suite room. Especially when after using the bathtub. Waiting time to transfer other room, even though its already check in time due to housekeeping and short manpower.

I have previously stayed in this property before. Awesome! Deserves no less than a 9.0.

Only pet peeve was that the kettle was not properly cleaned. Underneath bed was quite dusty.

It was really clean and the room had everything we need, late checkouts were also accommodated. I liked the water filling machine at the reception.

I did not like that the room was not really sound proof. We could hear the other guest talking even when they are not loud.
