Variety choice of breakfast, confort bed and pillow

The booking policy via booking.com for this hotel they allowed us to book then said do not guaranteed. If you want to do personal booking ,please allow us to use credit card to do the reservation. It happened to me I coming a bit later around 6:15 during check in and told me cancellation because of late check in. They just inform me via booking .com message and never call us before cancellation. In addition, I want to booking at reception for extra night but staff ask me book via booking.com. please improve the process.

The room was clean and new. It totally surprised us as the room was considered quite cheap. Breakfast was included with a variety of food. The location is excellent. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely opt for this hotel again in our future visit.

Nonetheless, I think the housekeeping needs some proper training and improvement. Our room card at the card holder was removed from the room after the housekeeping. ??? Tea bags were not refilled. Cups were not washed. Upon our first arrival, the room wad equipped with hand towels and bath towels. After the housekeeping, hand towels were not replaced but we were given face towels instead? Feels a little strange for an established hotel with 4 stars rating without a standardise housekeeping quality.

Since it’s new there are not much wears & tears!! The Bathroom door is of a cool design

I booked this hotel way ahead of time so the price I payed was suspiciously low. It made me a bit uncertain, but once I got there I was so beautifully surprised! This hotel exceeded my expectations- is seems new, fresh, immaculately clean. Originally designed bathrooms are a nice and elegant surprise. Beds are very comfortable and a choice of pillows gives you comfort at night. Breakfast is tasty and there is a lot to choose, mostly Asian style but this is obvious. Good coffee and „adventurous” Malay sweet section. We loved hotels’ restaurant - nice vibe, great outdoor part and menu with lots of delicious choices. Prices are really low - unseen in hotels of this quality. Definitely recommend both for food and drinks.

The location is pretty Strategic . Walkable distance to restaurants and malls . Room is very clean and surprised they have 'Dove' for their hand soap, body wash and Shampoo even! The wifi working really Well too. Overall , it was a satisfying stay .

For the staff to be more attentive to the guest . I was asking on who was responsible in replying the message in this app upon check-in and their answer wasn't satisfying . I will be grateful if the staff can just pay attention rather than giving nonchalant response on it (Possibly trying to avoid confrontation even before knowing why i ask about it). Aside from this, they are friendly .

Very close to nature ! Escape from the city . To laze back & relax . But too bad the wifi is bad.

Wifi is bad . We are looking forward for the fireplace in the Nepenthes suites but end out it’s disastrous to put off the fire as there are no equipment provided & instruction to put off. And The chimney doesn’t have escape ventilation. Make the whole room smoky & smelly with burned charcoal . Health hazard to smell the smoke while sleeping. All the clothings in Lungages smell charcoal burned. After 1 night , we don’t dare to try the other night of the fireplace .

A really nice modern hotel with everything you need. The breakfast was a nice mix of Asian and Western - I loved having a bit of each. The room and bathroom were of a high standard, spacious too. The fitness room was small but the equipment was very good, well-maintained (except that the bike and cross-trainer were in imperial units rather than metric - so annoying but I couldn't see how to change the settings). The 100% Seafood restaurant directly across the road from the hotel is really very good The hot-stone massage at Ventus in the corridor behind the seafood restaurant was just amazing (90 minutes, last 20 with the hot stones - I'd never experienced anything like it before). The actual massage room is on the first floor and is very nice.

We stayed here for 2 non-continous nights in 2 different rooms. I was definitely impressed how well the staffs were trained and the room was exceptionally comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was alright and parking is convenient. And I’m not gonna lie, the lobby washroom is one of the best washroom I have ever seen in my life haha.

My first room was perfect. However, second room was not cleaned properly as there were greasy stains everywhere and no towel-swans like in our first room.

i think you can improved on type of bean used for morning coffee. it is a vital breakfast component but sadly we did not .enjoy our coffee much.. day 1 breakfast surely can improved alot. such a weird korea malaysian fusion type of breakfast. not to our liking

The hotel is well organized, well maintained with modern design and facilities. Breakfast buffet is good. Hotel staff did a great job in finding us another quieter room after we complain about the noise the neighbors were making.

It is not downtown located so we had to walk or take a taxi each time we were to visit the city. The room doors make a clapping loud sound whenever they are closed which is annoying, especially during the night
