The bed are very comfy and very high quality. When you sleep you're like sleeping in a heaven .the location are very good which is in the middle of the city . If you walk around 5 to 10 minutes you will arrive at the most iconic mall in the city and the transportation are available too

ONLY problem that I have is the air conditioning which is not cool enough. If you find your room hot or warm you can immediately tell the staff to change your room and you will receive absolute great service from them .

This hostel focus on the capsule bed on a dormitory type room. So there is a limited sense of privacy here. Done my research, i get what i paid for RM 25, a wooden capsule. The toilets are clean although quite small. Definitely not enough space for a fatty in there. The biggest plus is the location, walkable to hot spots Conclusion worth for the price if u are solo traveller who only need place to sleep at night and go out during the day.

I had to do quite extensive research to realize that the room pictures in the booking.com are so misleading, it could definitely can be categorized as scam. They have the wooden capsule for RM25, which is the one i booked. And there are those techo blue light capsule for RM35+ The wooden capsule need stronger ventilation fan, there is not enough air circulation in there. I had to buy a mini fan for myself.

This is a good place to explore an interesting area. If you like to walk and explore, you will enjoy it, but avoid the hot midday sun outside. The facilities are clean and the staff and guests I met were friendly. In my capsule, I stayed cool and comfortable, and their is a laundry service at Bestow Capsule Hostel as well. While there, you can try the breakfast deal at the Bestow Cafe. It's well worth the price.

The location, the staff are so friendly and helpful... Clean bathrooms and good rooftop. There are 7 eleven, and other shops also a restaurant nearby. Big thanks to Boy for his kindness and also all the staff there. The smell of the room was nice and there are almost 3 ac that makes it cool all the time.

Noise at night and especially when someone is sleeping in the capsule above.. it makes nose when walking the stairs.. some minor cleaning should be done inside the capsule . But overall it is still recommended

The property was amazing! My capsule was very clean with excellent air conditioning both inside the capsule and the room. It also felt very secure and private, which I greatly appreciated.

The bathroom setup was not very comfortable. It would be much better if they could have separate areas for toilets and showers instead of combining them in one space.

Comfortable and private space for a low cost. I had one of the pods from room 2 not the wooden one. Showers and toilet were clean, AC worked well and had good privacy in my room with respectful roommates. It was located in an excellent place with many local small restaurants all of which were amazing and low cost. Excellent value for money overall.

The only problem during my stay was the water dispenser in the kitchen. I filled a bottle I had brought with me (cleaned before filling) from their dispenser and got a bad stomach over the next few hours.

Attentive and helpful staff, they have small pantry for everyone to use including microwave oven and electric cooker (not available for guest at the other bestow hostel behind times Square). Stayed in the wooden capsule, bit cramped but bed is comfortable.

Toilet is very tiny. The cleanliness at toilet area could have been better.

Only a 5 min walk to Lalaport (Hang Tuah Monorail) or Berjaya Times Square (Imbi Monorail). Lots of affordable Chinese and Indian food options in the vicinity. 7-11 & KKMart are just downstairs. Room aircon not too cold, quite comfy.

3 storeys of wooden capsules crammed in a room. Narrow ladder to climb up, with no handrail. Luckily I managed to switch to the lowest level bunk. Have to bring own padlock to lock your capsule.

Daily cleaning. Air conditioning in the room. Very good area. Excellent staff. The owner is interested in a better stay every day. Enough bathrooms for everyone with liquid soap and hot water. Seating area for coffee and cigarettes. Electricity and light in every bed. Clotheslines for drying clothes. Laundry service. Overall very good Hostel.

Difficult with out kitchen.
