I booked a one bedroom premiere apartment, it was so worth it for the money I have paid, everything was perfect , and no complains . Will come again .

Only minor issues ,the TV as there’s no Netflix or anything , just the basic local channels. Hope can look into it and I swear it’ll be top tier. Also the part when you can only pay via cash and credit card for the deposit RM150, not everyone has a credit card and please look in to it to enable debit card as well .

Very large studio room and we had a nice view of the palace and parts of the city buildings in the distance. Felt safe due to the security guards and it was away from the main road so a bit more quiet, also connected to a shopping centre with restaurants which was convenient. The cafes outside the hotel were really good for breakfast!

The only negative is that it's not in the heart of the city so you need to get a Grab into the city/a train station each time for tours etc. But you get a larger space and it's more peaceful.

Very convenient location, nice and luxurious setting in the room. Kept clean. Liked the apartment, easily accessible.

Made confirmation by request via booking messaging to check out at 2pm without additional and was agreed. Did double confirmed on this during check in and staff said yes. But on the day of check out, received call at 1.10pm saying, no had only extension till 1pm, the staff insisted on it and made it around like I had mistook the info. Best to have proper communication and also don't change after providing confirmation to guest.

Staffs are all friendly, even the securities are also very helpful. Very cosy room and almost everything are all well affixed in the room. 👍👍👍

The parking quite confusing to locate since there’s no clear sign for the guest to come in. Also, the tv should be installed at the centre in the room (should be in front of the bed). Addition, quite inconvenience to find nearby halal food / cafes.

Excellent Location. Free parking (if you get your Touch &Go validated at the check in desk ) Very private. Very safe location. Easy access to mall/ restaurants etc.

No plug points in the main room. There is nowhere to plug in a laptop.

The room was very spacious and basic kitchenette provided. There were sofa, coffee table, dining table for 2. Basic toiletries provided. Hot water was good. There were fridge but it would have been better if there were microwave since it's a home concept. Big fridge. A lot of restaurant in walking distance. If you driving then please use your touch & go to enter the parking space/ building. You can validate your parking at the lobby. Overall, it's worth the money. I supposed to check in at 2pm however since I was there around 1.15pm, so they still let me check in. So ya, that's something I don't see always in other hotels.

1. TV channels are limited. 2. Lack of plug points especially if you need to work on your laptop. 3. Room is not sound proof

Not much of choice for breakfast but overall good. Food is delicious. Get free for my son 8 years old bcs he only eat cereal and 2 hotdog. It supposed to be rm19 for kids.

I have to walk from my block to swimming pool area which located at lobby at another buildung 😭

The infinity pool was great. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were a little run down and in need of some upkeep. However still looked like the pictures. Air con wasn't the best either.

The location is great as it's close with the Hartamas Plaza and there are many shops and cafes nearby (walking distance). The breakfast was also good and quite variety.

The floor gets really cold since we turn on the air conditioner when we were in the room. We did not notice any indoor slippers (if there's any) provided. It's not really a big issue actually.

It was comfy and had all the facilities required. Lot of food places around and specially the staff was very helpful and going over and above
