We were tourists and we were staying in this hotel for 6 nights and this place was really good for the kids. Room was spacious enough and we had all what we needed inside the room. Supportiveness of the staff was exceptional. Location was alright. We always used 'Grab' taxi app to get to the tourist attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for the families with kids.

In house food was not available. However there were loads of restaurants across the main the road. Those restaurants are open early morning to mid night.

Great value for the facilities provided - I didn't have to request for iron because it was already there in the room. The toilet was nice (body wash and shampoo were in proper bottles and not in the typical small packaging, which exceeded my expectation), the mirror near the entrance was huge, and there was a plug besides the bed. There was a cafe called Oui Bakehouse only 2 min walk from the hotel which serves decent croissants and has great atmosphere for catching up with friends or doing some work.

I wish there were more hangers but this is nothing major really.

1. Walking distance to F&B. 2. The rooms were clean and welcoming. 3. Staff were friendly. 4. Toiletries provided (Basic: Bath gel, shampoo, mini bar soap) 5. Bedsheet & pillow was clean and comfortable enough. 6. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer available in rooms.

1. No hotel parking. Only street parking available. 2. No mini fridge in the room. 3. No cafes nearby that open early for breakfast (before 7am).

Very clean and comfortable, everything in working order and well maintained. Good sized room as well. Staff were friendly and competent. Love the hardwood floors in the rooms which I find are cleaner (than carpets) and easier to keep clean. Excellent cafe just downstairs.

Only thing I did not like is that the main road in front of the hotel is often jammed up. Not the fault of the hotel, but be sure to give yourself extra time to get around.

Traffic on Jalan Klang Lama was heavy at 7.30am on the second day but surprisingly very smooth on the 3rd day of my stay. Ample food choices within walking distance but across the road. Don't worry there's an overhead bridge nearby

A little difficult to find parking spaces during office hours

The property is located right in the center of all the best spots in Kuala Lumpur, very close to almost everything. The staff are amazing ! They went above and beyond to accommodate us! Walking distance to 7/11 mini mart and about 6 restaurants right downstairs!

I loved everything and I will be going there again soon !

I went there for treatment i can't walk properly,but the Lady Boss and the hotel staff were very friendly,helpful and kind. Sincerely I like to thank the Receptionist,Avatha,for all the help 🙏 👍 😀

I like the environment. The cleanliness of the room, bathroom also clean.got free slipper, got hair dryer,set of toothbrush and Toothpaste.soap & all the needs for showering.the water heater works well.the water pressure also strong. Got iron board & iron so that u don't have to get out from your room just to iron your cloth. Free coffee and tea.got kettle.

The parking lot. If you arrive during working hour so u have to search for parking for so many times.

1. Shower gel & shampoo dispenser holder. Mine was cracked & when I pumped it, its broken. Report already done. 2. Not much Muslim restaurant nearby. There is two McD across the road.

Ambience is very comforting and relaxing. It smells calming like a spa.. and the facilities are great . You have to experience it to understand itt

Price could be lower. Ive been to hotel of same star providing breakfast/ meal at rm120/nightt
